Claims (5)
- ビレットの加熱工程、穿孔圧延工程および延伸圧延工程を含む高合金鋼継目無管の製造方法であって、穿孔圧延工程における主ロールの表面粗さR max を150〜500μmの範囲に調整し、かつ穿孔圧延工程における主ロールの開度WRおよびガイドロールの開度WGの比(WG/WR)が1.10〜1.20の範囲となるように穿孔することを特徴とする高合金継目無鋼管の製造方法。
- 穿孔時の被圧延材の表面温度が900〜1250℃の範囲となるように加熱することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の高合金継目無鋼管の製造方法。
- 穿孔圧延工程における主ロールの出口面とパスラインとがなす半角θRおよび穿孔プラグの圧延面とパスラインとがなす半角θPの差(θP−θR)が0〜3.0°の範囲となるように穿孔することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の高合金継目無鋼管の製造方法。
- 普通鋼の継目無鋼管の穿孔に使用した主ロールを用いることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれかに記載の高合金継目無鋼管の製造方法。
- 普通鋼の継目無鋼管の穿孔時のロール冷却水の流量を1000〜1500l/分とすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の高合金継目無鋼管の製造方法。
