Claims (6)
- 外板体と内板体とで構成され、両者の間に真空加熱処理により作出される真空層が設けられた薄い直方体形状の真空断熱体の製造方法であって、前記外板体と前記内板体とで形成される空間に真空加熱処理の加熱に耐え得る耐熱性介在物を配設せしめるとともに、前記外板体の周縁部に形成される鍔部と前記内板体の周縁部に形成される鍔部とを重合して溶接することで接合し、その後、前記空間を真空加熱処理により真空にして真空断熱材を形成し、この真空断熱材の端部に形成される肉薄部に断熱性を有するセラミックで構成されたカバー体を被嵌して薄い直方体形状にすることを特徴とする真空断熱体の製造方法。
- 請求項1記載の真空断熱体の製造方法において、前記外板体の周縁部と前記内板体の周縁部とをアルゴン溶接,シーム溶接,レーザ溶接若しくは電子ビーム溶接により接合することを特徴とする真空断熱体の製造方法。
- 請求項1,2いずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法において、前記外板体と前記内板体とで形成される空間を約500℃以上の高温化で真空加熱処理して真空にすることを特徴とする真空断熱体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法において、前記耐熱性介在物としてセラミックから成る耐熱性介在物を採用したことを特徴とする真空断熱体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法において、前記耐熱性介在物を板状若しくは塊状としたことを特徴とする真空断熱体の製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載の真空断熱体の製造方法において、前記外板体1の内面及び前記内板体の内面のいずれか一方若しくは双方に、銅,アルミ,銀,ニッケルなどの熱輻射材から成る熱輻射層が形成されていることを特徴とする真空断熱体の製造方法。
