Claims (17)
- 一定の面積の第1領域が備えられ、前記第1領域の一側に連結されて、前記第1領域を覆うことができる大きさの第2領域が備えられ、前記第1領域又は第2領域中の少なくともいずれか一つには一定の深さのドローイング部が形成される外装材を形成する外装材形成段階と、
前記外装材のドローイング部に前記外装材の外側まで一定の長さで延在する正極タップ及び負極タップが接続される電極組立体を安着させ、前記電極組立体の外周縁である外装材は熱溶着させる電極組立体封入段階と、
前記外装材を金型に位置させた後、液状の成型材を前記金型に注入して、強度強化層を前記外装材の表面に成形する強度強化層形成段階と、を含んでなることを特徴とするリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 - 一定の面積の第1領域が備えられ、前記第1領域の一側に連結されて、前記第1領域を覆うことができる大きさの第2領域が備えられ、前記第1領域又は第2領域中の少なくともいずれか一つには一定の深さのドローイング部が形成される外装材を形成する外装材形成段階と、
前記外装材のドローイング部に前記外装材の外側まで一定の長さで延在する正極タップ及び負極タップが接続される電極組立体を安着させ、前記電極組立体の外周縁である外装材は熱溶着させる電極組立体封入段階と、
前記外装材の表面に液状のコーティング剤をコーティングして硬化させることによって、強度強化層を前記外装材の表面に形成する強度強化層形成段階と、を含んでなることを特徴とするリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 - 前記外装材形成段階は、
前記外装材が前記ドローイング部の両側部である第1領域及び第2領域に外側に一定の長さで延在して、相互に接触する側部縁部が形成され、前記ドローイング部の前方である第1領域及び第2領域に、外側に一定の長さで延在して、相互に接触して、前記正極タップ及び負極タップが支持されて、外側に延在するようにする前方縁部が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 - 前記電極組立体封入段階後に前記側部縁部及び前方縁部が各々熱溶着され、
前記側部縁部は前記ドローイング部の側部に密着するように畳まれることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 - 前記強度強化層形成段階は、
前記強度強化層が前記外装材の第1領域、第2領域、側部縁部及び前方縁部中、外側に露出する表面の全体に一定の厚さで形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 - 前記外装材提供段階は、
前記外装材が実質的に平坦な第1面と、その反対面である実質的に平坦な第2面と、を有する金属板と、
前記金属板の第1面に形成されて、外側表面となる第1絶縁層と、前記金属板の第2面に一定の厚さで形成されて、内側表面となる第2絶縁層と、を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 - 前記金属板は、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)及びマンガン(Mn)の合金、鉄(Fe)、炭素(C)、クロム(Cr)及びニッケル(Ni)の合金、または、アルミニウム(Al)中から選択されたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 前記第1絶縁層は、ナイロン又はポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)中から選択されたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 前記第2絶縁層は、変性ポリプロピレン(CPP)であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 前記強度強化層形成段階は、
前記強度強化層として、スチール強化エポキシパテ、銅強化エポキシパテ、あるいはアルミニウム強化エポキシパテ中から選択されたいずれか一つを用いることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。 - 前記強度強化層形成段階は、有機材料と無機材料の複合材であって、強度強化層が形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 前記強度強化層形成段階は、無機材料として、酸化物又は窒化物中から選択されたいずれか一つを用いることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 前記強度強化層形成段階後には、前記外装材の外側に延在する正極タップ及び負極タップに保護回路基板を電気的に更に連結する保護回路基板連結段階が更に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 前記保護回路基板連結段階は、前記負極タップと保護回路基板との間に陽性温度素子が更に連結されるようにし、前記陽性温度素子は、前記強度強化層の表面に接触して位置づけることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 前記強度強化層形成段階は、前記保護回路基板及び陽性温度素子を外装材と共に強度強化層で被覆してなることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のリチウムポリマー電池の製造方法。
- 請求項1ないし請求項15のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されるものであることを特徴とするリチウムポリマー電池。
- 前記保護回路基板及び陽性温度素子は、前記外装材と共に、強度強化層により被覆されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のリチウムポリマー電池。
