Claims (2)
- 冷却液を貯留する冷却液タンクと、この冷却液タンクに貯留する冷却液を被冷却物に供給する送液ポンプと、前記被冷却物から前記冷却液タンクに戻される冷却液又は前記冷却液タンクから前記被冷却物に供給する冷却液を冷却する冷凍サイクルを接続した冷却器とを備え、冷却した冷却液を前記被冷却物に循環させることにより前記被冷却物の冷却を行う冷却装置において、圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を行うロード状態又は圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を解除するアンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部を設けたデジタル制御冷媒圧縮機を有する前記冷凍サイクルを備えるとともに、当該冷凍サイクルに有する凝縮器に、冷却水を循環させることにより前記凝縮器を熱交換により冷却する水冷式冷却部を付設し、かつこの水冷式冷却部に、前記冷凍サイクルにおける凝縮器の冷媒流出側から膨張弁までの間の冷媒圧力に基づいて冷却水の流量を制御する制水手段と、前記冷媒圧力を緩衝して前記制水手段に伝達する圧力緩衝手段を設けたことを特徴とする冷却装置。
- 前記制水手段に、制御ポートに付与される制御圧力の大きさにより冷却水の流量を制御する制水弁を用いるとともに、前記圧力緩衝手段に、前記冷媒圧力を前記制御ポートに付与するキャピラリチューブを用いることを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置。
