Claims (4)
- 冷凍サイクルに接続した冷却器により冷却液を冷却するとともに、冷却した冷却液を被冷却物に循環させることにより当該被冷却物の冷却を行う冷却装置の動作制御方法において、前記冷凍サイクルに、圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を行うロード状態又は圧縮機モータの動作時に冷媒圧縮を解除するアンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部を設けたデジタル制御冷媒圧縮機を使用し、少なくとも前記被冷却物に供給する冷却液の温度に基づき前記デジタル切換機構部を切換制御して冷却液の温度を可変制御するとともに、前記デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機のロード率{=ロード状態の時間/(ロード状態の時間+アンロード状態の時間)}を監視し、前記ロード率が低負荷領域に設定した所定の設定率以下まで低下したなら、前記デジタル切換機構部の切換制御に代えて前記圧縮機モータのオン/オフ切換による制御を行うことを特徴とする冷却装置の動作制御方法。
- 前記設定率以下まで低下した際における前記圧縮機モータのオン/オフ切換による制御は、選択により行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置の動作制御方法。
- 前記冷却液を貯留する冷却液タンクを設け、この冷却液タンクに貯留する冷却液の量を所定量以上に設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置の動作制御方法。
- 前記デジタル制御冷媒圧縮機は、軌道スクロールと固定スクロールを用いた冷媒圧縮部を有するとともに、前記固定スクロール又は前記軌道スクロールを軸方向に変位させて前記ロード状態又は前記アンロード状態に切換えるデジタル切換機構部を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の冷却装置の動作制御方法。
