Description
Claims (15)
- 必要な部品をすべて含んでいる、装着可能であり、事前組立されたイオントフォレシス薬物送達システムであって、
(a)取外し可能な基板と、
(b)前記基板上に取外し可能に担持され、不透水性開放膜によって隔離された水性陽極マトリクスと、
(c)前記基板上に取外し可能に担持され、不透水性開放膜によって隔離された水性陰極マトリクスと、
(d)陽極電極及び陰極電極並びに前記基板に担持された電源を含むイオントフォレシスデバイスであって、
(e)前記イオントフォレシスデバイスは、前記陽極マトリクス及び前記陰極マトリクスと離されて保存されるものであり、かつ、前記陽極及び前記陰極を含有する陥凹部を、システムが駆動するときに導電的となる関係で前記水性陽極マトリクス及び前記水性陰極マトリクスをそれぞれ受容するように配位構成されて含む、上記イオントフォレシスデバイスと、
(f)前記事前組立されたシステムを折畳ませて、それにより前記陽極マトリクス及び前記陰極マトリクスをそれぞれ前記陽極電極及び陰極電極と会合させることができるための、前記取外し可能な基板上の少なくとも1つの折畳み線と、
(g)前記陽極マトリクス、前記陰極マトリクス及び前記イオントフォレシスデバイスの少なくとも1つの中に配置されている、イオントフォレシスで経皮送達される多量の治療的イオン種
とを含む、上記イオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。 - 前記水性陽極マトリクス及び前記水性陰極マトリクスを保持するために、最初に前記基板上に多量の接着剤をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記水性陽極マトリクスと関連する前記不透水性開放膜が、前記水性陰極マトリクスと関連する前記不透水性開放膜と別個であり、両方の前記不透水性開放膜が、所望する場合に剥離することができるプルタブを備える、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記取外し可能な基板を取り外すと前記陽極マトリクス及び前記陰極マトリクスが患者の皮膚に貼付するために露出する、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記水性陽極マトリクス及び前記水性陰極マトリクスが前記基板の陥凹部に担持される、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記基板が複数の折畳み線を備える、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記治療的イオン種がフェンタニルの形であり前記陽極マトリクス内に置かれる、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記陽極マトリクス及び前記陰極マトリクスがヒドロゲル又は高粘度材料を含む、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記ヒドロゲル又は高粘度材料が、アガロース、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、メチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、及びカルボキシメチルセルロース、並びにそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される、請求項8に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記陽極マトリクス及び前記陰極マトリクスが繊維性材料を含む、請求項1から7までのいずれかに記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記繊維性材料が、セルロース、ポリエステル、及びポリプロピレン、並びにそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される、請求項10に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- イオントフォレシスによって経皮送達する前記多量の治療的イオン種が、前記イオントフォレシスに起動前に乾燥状態で配置される、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記陽極マトリクス及び前記陰極マトリクスが、保湿剤及び抗真菌薬から成る群から選択される少なくとも1つの接着剤を含む、請求項12に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記イオントフォレシスデバイスが電圧制御システムを含む、請求項1に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
- 前記電圧制御デバイスが二位置の高低スイッチをさらに含む、請求項14に記載のイオントフォレシス薬物送達システム。
