Claims (11)
- 外側炉ケーシングプレート(2)を備えた冶金炉用の、銅または低合金銅合金からなる冷却プレート(1,16)であって、少なくとも1条の、前記冷却プレート内で延在するクーラント流路(5)を有し、クーラントが流入および流出するためのクーラントパイプセクション(6)が前記炉ケーシングプレート(2)を貫通して外部に延在させられており、
前記冷却プレート(1,16)は、
前記炉ケーシングプレート(2)を貫通して外部に延在させられるとともに、前記炉ケーシングプレート(2)の外部において、取付要素(10)を備える、クーラントパイプセクション(6)を取り囲む保持パイプ(7)を具備し、
かつ前記保持パイプ(7)および前記取付要素(10)は、銅または低合金銅合金に比べて強度の高い材料から形成され、
かつ前記冷却プレート(1,16)は、固定式ポイント取付要素(12)によって中央領域において前記炉ケーシングプレート(2)に接合されていることを特徴とする冷却プレート(1,16)。 - 高さ/幅比が3以上である冷却プレート(1,16)において、前記固定式ポイント取付要素(12)の上方および/または下方に配置されかつ鉛直方向にのみ動くことを可能にする、少なくとも一つの可動式ポイント取付要素(13)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- 高さ/幅比が3未満の冷却プレート(1,16)において、前記固定式ポイント取付要素(12)の左および/または右に配置されかつ水平方向にのみ動くことを可能にする、少なくとも一つの可動式ポイント取付要素(13)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- 前記炉の内部に面する側に舌部(3)および溝を有し、前記舌部(3)はその長手方向に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- 前記保持パイプ(7)が前記冷却プレート(1,16)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- リングまたはディスク形状に形成された接続片(8)が保持パイプ(7)とクーラントパイプセクション(6)との間に配されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- クーラントパイプセクション(6)は単一部品として形成されるとともに、前記冷却プレート(1,16)に取り付けられたフランジを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- 前記クーラントパイプセクション(6)を取り囲む保持パイプ(7)が前記フランジに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- クーラントが流入および流出するための前記パイプセクション(6)は、前記冷却プレート(1,16)と同じ材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- 前記冷却プレート(1,16)は、前記保持パイプ(7)および前記クーラントパイプセクション(6)の両方として機能するパイプセクション(17)を具備してなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
- クーラントが流入および流出するための前記クーラントパイプセクション(6)は、前記保持パイプ(7)と同じ材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の冷却プレート(1,16)。
