Description
前記経路提供部(104)は、前記第1インダクター(L2)の一端側と前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)の一端側との間に配置され、前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)内に充電された電圧が、前記前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)に供給されるとき、ターンオンされるスイッチ(S7)を含んでいることを特徴としている。
前記第1電極と前記ソースキャパシタの間に接続された回収パススイッチによって前記容量性負荷から前記ソースキャパシタの方への回収パスが切換えされる。

Claims (5)
- 一端側が接地された単一のソースキャパシタ(Cs)と、
スキャン電極(Y)とサステイン電極(Z)を含むパネルキャパシタ(Cp)と、
前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)の他端側に経路提供部(104)を介して一端側が接続される第1インダクター(L2)と、
前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)の他端側と、前記スキャン電極(Y)に接続される第3スイッチ(S3)を介して接続される第2インダクター(L1)と、
前記スキャン電極(Y)と、前記第1インダクター(L2)の他端側との間に接続される第1ダイオード(D4)と、
前記サステイン電極(Z)と前記第1インダクター(L2)の他端側との間に接続される第2ダイオード(D5)と、
前記第2インダクター(L1)と前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)との間に配置され、アノードが前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)に接続され、カソードが前記第2インダクター(L1)に接続されている第3ダイオード(D3)と、
前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)と前記第2インダクター(L1)との間に配置され、電圧が、前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)から前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)のスキャン電極(Y)に供給されるとき、ターンオンされる前記第3スイッチ(S3)と、
前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)と前記第2インダクター(L1)との間に配置され、電圧が、前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)から前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)の前記サステイン電極(Z)に供給されるとき、ターンオンされる第6スイッチ(S6)とを含み、
前記経路提供部(104)は、前記第1インダクター(L2)の一端側と前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)の一端側との間に配置され、前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)内に充電された電圧が、前記前記ソースキャパシタ(Cs)に供給されるとき、ターンオンされるスイッチ(S7)を含んでいることを特徴とするエネルギー回収回路。 - 前記スキャン電極に接続されるスキャン電極駆動部(100)をさらに含み、該スキャン電極駆動部は、
サステイン電圧源と前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)の間に設けられる第1スイッチ(S1)と、
基底電圧源と前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)の間に設けられる第2スイッチ(S2)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエネルギー回収回路。 - 前記第2インダクター(L1)と前記サステイン電圧源の間に設けられ、前記第1インダクター(L2)の電圧が前記サステイン電圧以上に上昇するのを防止するための第4ダイオード(D2)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー回収回路。
- 前記サステイン電極(Z)に接続されるサステイン電極駆動部(102)をさらに含み、該サステイン電極駆動部(102)は、
サステイン電圧源と前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)の間に接続される第4スイッチ(S4)と、
基底電圧源と前記パネルキャパシタ(Cp)の間に設けられる第5スイッチ(S5)とを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のエネルギー回収回路。 - 前記第1インダクター(L2)と前記サステイン電圧源の間に設けられ、前記第2インダクター(L1)の電圧が前記サステイン電圧以上に上昇することを防ぐための第5ダイオード(D1)をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のエネルギー回収回路。
