Description
このような構造の応力集中防止体17は,ナット19bが締結棒19aに締結される時,ナット19bと密着してこのナット19bの引き締め力を全面で均等に受けるようになる。
ナット19bが予め設定されたトルクを有して締結棒19aに締結完了されれば,応力集中防止体17は,前述のように,その傾斜面を締結棒19aの長さ方向に対して垂直方向に置かれるように位置する。

Claims (6)
- 膜−電極アセンブリ及び前記膜−電極アセンブリの両面に配置される複数のセパレータを含む電気発生部と;
前記電気発生部の両側に配置される複数のエンドプレートと;
前記複数のエンドプレートに締結され,前記エンドプレートと前記電気発生部を固定する締結部と;
を含み,
前記締結部は,
前記エンドプレートに設けられる締結棒と;
前記締結棒に螺合され,前記締結棒を前記エンドプレートに固定するナット;
を含み,
前記ナットに密着する平面を有し,前記締結棒と前記ナットとの螺合により発生する応力が前記エンドプレートにおいて前記締結部の設置部位に集中することを防止する応力集中防止体と;
を含み、
前記応力集中防止体は,前記ナットと前記エンドプレートの間に配され,前記ナットとの密着面が前記エンドプレートに対して傾斜を有するように、前記エンドプレートと一体形成されることを特徴とする,燃料電池システム用スタック。 - 前記応力集中防止体は,前記密着面を前記エンドプレートの内側から外側に向かって厚さが増加するような傾斜を有するように形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用スタック。
- 前記応力集中防止体はワッシャー形態であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用スタック。
- 前記応力集中防止体と前記ナットの密着面が,前記締結棒の螺合時に,前記締結棒の長さ方向に対して垂直な状態で配置されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用スタック。
- 前記締結棒は前記エンドプレートのコーナーに形成された挿入孔に装着されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の燃料電池システム用スタック。
- 請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のスタックを含むことを特徴とする,燃料電池システム。
