Claims (6)
- 弁であって、該弁がハウジング(5)から成っており、該ハウジング(5)に、2部材より成るフラップ(2)のための弁座(4)が設けられており、前記フラップ(2)が、駆動軸(1)で回動可能に支承されており、2部材より成るフラップ(2)の第1の部材(2a)と第2の部材(2b)との間に、外側に環状に、ピストンシールリング(3)とカバーディスク(6)とが互いに上下に隣接して配置されており、カバーディスク(6)の直径が、ピストンシールリング(3)の直径よりも小さくなっており、該ピストンシールリング(3)が、ギャップ(3′)を有する金属リングの形で構成されていて、該ギャップ(3′)をカバーディスク(6)がほぼ完全に閉鎖し、
カバーディスク(6)に直接に隣接する、2部材より成るフラップ(2)の第1の部分(2a)又は第2の部分(2b)が、外縁に、隣接して配置された切欠き(2b′)を有することを特徴とする、弁。 - カバーディスク(6)の直径が、ピストンシールリング(3)の直径よりも0.1〜0.2mmだけ小さくなっている、請求項1記載の弁。
- 2部材より成るフラップ(2)の第1の部分(2a)と第2の部分(2b)とが、同一であり、かつ円形シリンダの形で構成されており、該円形シリンダの横方向側部に、円形に制限された突出部(2a′)が配置されている、請求項1又は2記載の弁。
- 切欠き(2b′)が、平面図で見て放物線状に延びている、請求項3記載の弁。
- カバーディスク(6)が、内側に延びる歯列プロフィール(6′)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の弁。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁の使用法において、自動車のガス再循環弁として用いることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の弁の使用法。
