図3は、図2に示したダイヤフラムポンプの流入弁を開放位置で示す断面図であり、
図4は、図2および図3に示したシールド弁の弁板を示す平面図であり、
図5は、図2および図3に対して変えられた形を有する弁板を備えたシールド弁を閉鎖位置で示す断面図であり、
図6は、図5に示したシールド弁をその開放位置で、弁板が弁当接面に少なくとも接近させられた状態で示す断面図であり、
図7は、図5および図6に示したシールド弁の弁板を示す平面図である。
Claims (8)
- 圧送媒体により制御される少なくとも1つのシールド弁を備えたポンプ(1)であって、シールド弁が、フレキシブルな材料から成る弁板(4)を有しており、該弁板(4)が中央範囲で締付け固定されていて、開放位置と閉鎖位置との間で運動可能であり、該閉鎖位置で前記弁板が(4)少なくとも1つの弁開口(9)を閉鎖している形式のものにおいて、弁板(4)に、かつ/または該弁板(4)の、弁開口(9)とは反対の側に配置された弁当接面(10)に、該弁当接面(10)に対する弁板(4)の衝撃的な面状の当接を回避しかつ/または弁開放運動を制限するための一体成形部(11)が突設されていることを特徴とするポンプ。
- 弁板(4)に設けられた一体成形部(11)が、弁板(4)の板周縁部にウェブ状に突設されていて、シールド弁の、弁当接面(10)を取り囲む範囲を負荷するようになっている、請求項1記載のポンプ。
- 弁板(4)が、板周縁部にわたってほぼ均一に突設された複数の一体成形部(11)を有している、請求項1または2記載のポンプ。
- 弁当接面(10)がほぼ円錐状に形成されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のポンプ。
- 弁板(4)の中央範囲がピン(7)によってセンタリングされており、該ピン(7)が、弁板(4)に設けられた中心の孔(8)を貫通している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のポンプ。
- 弁板(4)が、ウェブ状の複数の一体成形部(11)のうちの少なくとも1つの一体成形部(11)を介して、弁板(4)を取り囲むシールリング(13)に結合されており、該シールリング(13)が2つのハウジング部分(5,6)の間に締付け固定されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載のポンプ。
- 弁板(4)とシールリング(13)とを互いに結合する前記少なくとも1つの一体成形部(11)が、少なくとも所定の区分にわたって板半径に対して直交する横方向にかつ特に渦巻き状に延びている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載のポンプ。
- シールリング(13)と弁板(4)との間に、通過開口として働く少なくとも1つのギャップ(14)が設けられている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のポンプ。
