Description
Claims (8)
- 被検体を挟んで対向配置されたX線発生器およびX線検出器を被検体に対して相対回転させつつX線照射するとともに規定回転角度ごとに前記X線検出器で検出された検出結果データを収集するCT撮影を行う測定手段と、
前記CT撮影により得られた検出結果データから被検体の体動に起因するデータ変動を抽出し、当該抽出結果に基づいて前記被検体の体動の特性を算出する体動特性算出手段と、
同一対象部位のCT撮影を複数回、前記測定手段に実行させる駆動制御手段であって、前記X線発生器およびX線検出器の回転角度に対する体動の位相が各CT撮影ごとに異なるように前記体動特性算出手段で算出された体動特性に基づいて二回目以降のCT撮影の実行を制御する駆動制御手段と、
前記複数回のCT撮影で得られる投影データに基づいて、体動の影響を除去または低減した断層画像を生成する画像生成手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 請求項1に記載のX線CT装置であって、
前記画像生成手段は、
各CT撮影により得られた投影データを回転角度順に並べてサイノグラムを生成するサイノグラム生成手段と、
同一撮影部位に対応する複数のサイノグラムから、体動に起因するデータ変動を低減または除去した補正済サイノグラムを生成するサイノグラム補正手段と、
補正済サイノグラムに基づいて断層画像を生成する断層画像生成手段と、
を備えることを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載のX線CT装置であって、
前記体動特性算出手段は、前記CT撮影により得られた検出結果データから、前記X線発生器およびX線検出器の回転に起因するデータ変動を除去または低減したうえで、前記体動に起因するデータ変動を抽出することを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のX線CT装置であって、
前記体動特性算出手段は、同一撮影部位について、N+1回目のCT撮影がある場合は、N回目のCT撮影で得られた検出結果データに基づいて体動特性を算出し、
前記駆動制御手段は、N+1回目のCT撮影の開始タイミングを、N回目のCT撮影での検出結果データから算出された体動特性に基づいて決定する、
ことを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のX線CT装置であって、
前記体動特性算出手段は、撮影対象部位が変更されるたびに、体動特性を再算出することを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 請求項2または請求項2を引用する請求項3から5のいずれか1項に記載のX線CT装置であって、
前記サイノグラム補正手段は、一つのサイノグラムにおける体動に起因するデータ変動部分を、撮影対象部位が同一である他のサイノグラムにおいて対応する角度部分のデータで補填することを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 請求項6に記載のX線CT装置であって、
前記サイノグラム補正手段は、さらに、撮影対象部位が同一である複数のサイノグラムのいずれにおいても、体動に起因するデータ変動が生じていない角度部分は、当該複数のサイノグラムで平均化することを特徴とするX線CT装置。 - 被検体を挟んで対向配置されたX線発生器およびX線検出器を被検体に対して相対回転させつつX線照射するとともに規定回転角度ごとに前記X線検出器で検出された検出結果データを収集するCT撮影を行う測定手段に接続されたコンピュータを、
前記CT撮影により得られた検出結果データから被検体の体動に起因するデータ変動を抽出し、当該抽出結果に基づいて前記被検体の体動の特性を算出する体動特性算出手段と、
同一対象部位のCT撮影を複数回、前記測定手段に実行させる駆動制御手段であって、前記X線発生器およびX線検出器の回転角度に対する体動の位相が各CT撮影ごとに異なるように前記体動特性算出手段で算出された体動特性に基づいて二回目以降のCT撮影の実行を制御する駆動制御手段と、
前記複数回のCT撮影で得られる投影データに基づいて体動の影響を除去または低減した断層画像を生成する画像生成手段と、
して機能させることを特徴とするX線CT装置の制御プログラム。
