Claims (8)
- 静電容量センサであって、
第1空間を形成するハウジング;
第1空間内で第2空間を形成する2つの側面絶縁材;及び
第2空間内で一定の間隔を隔て側面絶縁材に固定された、対向する2枚の円板として形成された極板で構成され、
前記ハウジングには、対向する2枚の極板の間に連通する対向した2つの開口が設けられ、これら2つの開口を通じて極板の間を水−インク懸濁液が通過し、その対向する2枚の極板の静電容量が、その2枚の極板の間に存在する水−インク懸濁液に関係して決まるように構成し、
前記対向する2枚の極板のそれぞれの直径が、前記対向する2つの開口の直径よりも大きいことを特徴とする静電容量センサ。 - 前記ハウジングが、2枚の極板を外部の電磁界から遮蔽する金属である請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 前記2枚の極板が金属製で、相互の間隔を決める対向面を有しており、各対向面が、腐食防止と電流の漏洩防止のために合成樹脂被覆されている請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 対向する前記2枚の極板がマルチバイブレータに接続されている請求項1記載のセンサ。
- 対向する前記2枚の極板が、R-C回路内でマルチバイブレータの出力周波数を決めるコンデンサを形成している請求項4記載のセンサ。
- 前記マルチバイブレータが前記ハウジングに搭載されている請求項4記載のセンサ。
- 被測定物質が水を含む均一な懸濁液であり、水分濃度0〜50%の範囲でマルチバイブレータの出力周波数が直線的に変化する請求項5記載のセンサ。
- 対向する前記2枚の極板が、平行に配置された同一直径の円板であり、円板の直径と極板の間隔との比が12:1〜20:1である請求項1記載のセンサ。
