Description
Claims (13)
- トルク伝達できるようにドライバに嵌合する凹部をヘッドに備えた締付け具であって、
前記凹部は前記凹部の頂部から底部へ第1距離だけ下方に延びる十字スロット部を有し、
当該十字スロット部は対向壁面によって形成され、
前記対向壁面は対称的な包括角度で前記頂部から前記底部へ対称的に収束し、
前記包括角度はタイプIaの非対称十字凹部締付け具用の標準に合う包括角度にほぼ等しく、
前記凹部は前記十字スロット部の前記対向壁面の間に設けられたほぼ垂直な面により形成される正方形部をさらに有し、
当該正方形部は前記凹部の前記頂部から第2距離だけ下方に延び、前記第2距離は前記第1距離より短いことを特徴とする締付け具。 - 前記包括角度は2.5度であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の締付け具。
- 隣接する前記対向壁面は各々垂直に対して1.25度の角度で傾斜して前記収束を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締付け具。
- 前記十字スロット部は全体的に十字溝形状を呈し、前記正方形部は全体的に正方形溝形状を呈し、当該正方形溝形状は前記十字溝形状の中に形成され、前記十字溝形状は前記正方形溝形状より深いことを特徴とする請求項1記載の締付け具。
- 前記凹部の前記頂部から前記第2距離の所において、前記対向壁面は径方向内方に延びて前記正方形部の底部を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の締付け具。
- 締付け具のヘッドに凹部を形成する方法であって、
前記方法は、頂部から第1深さで底部まで延びる十字スロット凹部を前記締付け具の前記ヘッドに形成するステップを有し、前記十字スロット凹部は全体的に十字溝形状を呈し、前記十字スロット凹部は対向壁面により形成され、前記対向壁面は対称的な包括角度で前記頂部から前記底部へ対称的に収束し、前記包括角度はタイプIaの非対称十字凹部締付け具用の標準に合う包括角度にほぼ等しく、
前記方法は、前記締付け具の前記ヘッドに正方形凹部を形成するステップをさらに有し、当該正方形凹部は前記頂部から第2深さだけ延び、前記正方形凹部は全体的に正方形溝形状を呈し、前記第2深さは前記第1深さより小さく、よって、前記正方形溝形状は前記十字溝形状の中に形成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記包括角度は2.5度であることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記対向壁面は各々垂直に対して1.25度の角度で傾斜して前記収束を形成することを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 凹部を形成するツールであって、前記ツールは柄から先端部に第1距離だけ延びる加工部を有し、
前記ツールの前記加工部は、前記柄から前記先端部に前記第1距離だけ延びる十字ウィング部を有し、当該十字ウィング部は全体的に十字ウィング形状を呈し、前記十字ウィング部は隣接する壁面により形成され、前記隣接する壁面は対称的な包括角度で前記柄から前記先端部に収束し、前記包括角度はタイプIaの締付け具用の標準に合う非対称十字凹部締付け具の包括角度にほぼ等しく、
前記ツールの前記加工部は第2距離だけ延びる正方形部をさらに有し、当該正方形部は全体的に正方形形状を呈し、前記第2距離は前記第1距離より小さく、前記正方形形状は前記十字ウィング形状の中に形成されることを特徴とするツール。 - 前記包括角度は2.5度であることを特徴とする請求項9記載のツール。
- 前記隣接する壁面は各々垂直に対して1.25度の角度で傾斜して前記収束を形成することを特徴とする請求項9記載のツール。
- 前記ツールが締付け具のヘッドに凹部を形成するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項9記載のツール。
- 前記ツールが金型にキャビティを形成するために用いられることを特徴とする請求項9記載のツール。
