Description
実験は、温度変化による耐電圧試験と温度変化による絶縁抵抗試験とを行った。前記実験で使われる使用電圧は、耐電圧試験は、AC500V、AC1,000V、AC1,500V、絶縁抵抗試験は、DC500V、DC1,000であり、温度は、27℃〜160℃の間である。
1)耐電圧試験の結果、常温で耐電圧出力Vによる差は、大きくなかったが、高温になるほどに回転子3の製品が不良がなく、一定した耐電圧を得ることができた。特に、温度140℃及びAC1,500Vで、他の製品の場合に回転子としての機能を喪失するほどに効率が不良であった。

Claims (2)
- 放射状に交互に形成される複数のスロットと突極とを有すると共に中央に孔が形成されている複数の薄い鋼板が積層されて構成されるコアと、
前記コアのスロットを介して前記突極に巻線される複数のコイルと、
前記コアの表面全体を囲うように一体に被覆されている絶縁体とを備え、
前記絶縁体の上端と下端とには、前記孔の内周面に沿って管状の延長支持部が突設され、この延長支持部と前記孔とに回転軸が挟み込まれるようになっており、
前記絶縁体は、ポリアミド素材とグラスファイバとから構成されており、前記絶縁体のうちグラスファイバの比率は、10〜20重量%の比率であり、
前記コア、前記絶縁体及び前記延長支持部は、インサートモールディングによって一体に形成されていることを特徴とするグラスファイバを含んだ絶縁体を有したモータの回転子。 - 前記グラスファイバの比率は、12〜14重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のグラスファイバを含んだ絶縁体を有したモータの回転子。
