Claims (2)
- 孔型ロールを用いた熱間圧延により製造される、ウエブ両側のフランジ両端に夫々連なる継手を有するU型鋼矢板において、各フランジの継手部側の位置に、段重ね相手の同型鋼矢板の継手部を座らせる外面側の凹みと該凹みによる内面側の脹らみとが鋼矢板長手方向に延在した凹状段差部を設けるとともに、段重ね相手の同型鋼矢板が前記凹状段差部およびウエブ側のフランジ外面のアール起点部に同時に接触するように、前記凹状段差部の上下両側のフランジの傾きを設定されたことを特徴とするU型鋼矢板。
- 前記凹状段差部の下側のフランジの傾きである継手部フランジ傾きθ1 が10°以下とされ、前記凹状段差部の上側のフランジの傾きであるウエブ側フランジ傾きθ2 が、ウエブ側フランジ外面のアール起点部との接触点での段重ね相手の同型鋼矢板のフランジ厚tf2 と、積み重ね段間隔h0 とから、式:sin-1 (tf2/h0 )で算出される角度Ψに対して、Ψ−0.5 °〜Ψ+0.5 °の範囲とされたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のU型鋼矢板。
