Description
そこで本発明は、超音波振動ふるい機におけるこのような問題点を解消しようとするものである。
一方、樹脂網を使用せず、目開き45ミクロンのSUS316のステンレス金網のみで上記トナーをふるい分けしたところ、その処理能力は半分以下の286kg/hにとどまった。
なお、この差は、金網のみでは静電気による目詰りが発生するのに対し、樹脂網18では静電気による目詰りが生じ難いことも一因であると推察される。いずれにしてもこれによって本発明によれば超音波振動ふるい機の処理能力を大幅に向上できることが確かめられた。

Claims (1)
- 基台上にコイルばねを介して振動容器を支持し、該振動容器の下部に振動モータを固設し、環状の枠体の内側に環状の共振リングを複数本のステーを溶接することにより固着し、該共振リングの下面に超音波発振器を固着し、該共振リングの上面に100〜200メッシュの金属製ふるい網を接着剤によって固着し、該金属製ふるい網の上に該金属製ふるい網よりも目数の多い合成樹脂製ふるい網を非接着状態にて重ね、該枠体を前記振動容器の上端開口縁に載置し該振動容器上にホッパを連結することにより、該金属製ふるい網の周縁部および該合成樹脂製ふるい網の周縁部が該枠体の上面と該ホッパの下縁面との間に挟着され、20kHz〜40kHzの高周波電流を前記超音波発振器に流すことで該超音波発振器を発振させ、その高周波振動を共振リングを介して金属製ふるい網および合成樹脂製ふるい網に伝達させると同時に前記振動モータを回転動させることにより振動容器全体を低周波振動させるようにしたことを特徴とする超音波振動ふるい機。
