Description
(1)質量%で、Si:1.9%以上3.5%以下、Al:0.2%以上3.0%以下を含む鋼にMgを含有させるに際し、脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上、脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのTiO 2 を質量%で0.3%以下にすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板用鋼の溶製方法。
(2)合金添加完了後の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上にすることを特徴とする(1)に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板用鋼の溶製方法。
Claims (2)
- 質量%で、Si:1.9%以上3.5%以下、Al:0.2%以上3.0%以下を含む鋼にMgを含有させるに際し、脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上、脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのTiO 2 を質量%で0.3%以下にすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板用鋼の溶製方法。
- 合金添加完了後の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板用鋼の溶製方法。
