Abstract
【解決手段】 質量%で、Si:3.5%以下Al:0.2%以上3.0%以下を含む鋼にMgを含有させる無方向性電磁鋼板の溶製に際し、脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上、更にTiO2を質量%で0.3%以下、また合金添加完了後の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上にする。

Description
(1)質量%で、Si:3.5%以下、Al:0.2%以上3.0%以下を含む鋼にMgを含有させるに際し、脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前で溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上にすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板の溶製方法。
(2)合金添加完了後の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上にすることを特徴とする(1)に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板の溶製方法
(3)脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのTiO2を質量%で0.3%以下にすることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは請求項2に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板の溶製方法。
Claims (3)
- 質量%で、Si:3.5%以下、Al:0.2%以上3.0%以下を含む鋼にMgを含有させるに際し、脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上にすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板の溶製方法。
- 合金添加完了後の溶鋼スラグのMgOを質量%で10%以上にすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板の溶製方法
- 脱ガス処理終了後で合金添加前の溶鋼スラグのTiO2を質量%で0.3%以下にすることを特徴とする請求項1もしくは請求項2に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板の溶製方法。
