Claims (6)
- 質量%で、Si:3.5%以下、Mn:0.2%以上2.0%以下、Al:0.1%以上3.0%以下、C:0.0020%以下、Ti:0.0020%以下、S:0.0015%以下を含有し、残部Fe及び不可避不純物からなる無方向性電磁鋼板において、歪取焼鈍前のS as MnS(MnSを生成しているS)が質量%で0.0005%以上、かつ、歪取焼鈍前に存在しているMnSが10%以上の個数割合でTi析出物との複合析出物を形成していることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板。
- 質量%で、Mn:0.5%以上2.0%以下を含有することを特徴とする請求項1の無方向性電磁鋼板。
- 更に、質量%で、Sn:0.0050%以上0.20%以下を含有することを特徴とする請求項1もしくは2に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板。
- 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の無方向性電磁鋼板を製造する方法として、製鋼、熱延、酸洗、冷延、仕上焼鈍からなる製造工程において、製鋼における成分調整後の溶鋼に脱硫フラックス、Ca合金、Mg合金、REMのいずれか1以上による脱硫処理を行なわず、かつ、製鋼の真空脱ガス処理後で成分調整前の取鍋スラグの塩基度を3.0以上、TiO2濃度を0.2%以下にすることを特徴とする無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 熱延前のスラブ加熱温度を1000℃以上1100℃以下とすることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
- 酸洗に先立ち熱延板焼鈍を、1100℃を超えない焼鈍温度で行うことを特徴とする請求項4または5に記載の無方向性電磁鋼板の製造方法。
