Description
一般的に、本発明は医療用回収装置を含む。この装置は、ハンドルと、前記ハンドルに対して移動可能に取り付けられた長手方向に移動する2つのギアラックと、前記2つのギアラックと係合するように前記ハンドルに回転可能に取り付けられたピニオンと、を含む。ピニオンを回転させることによってギアラックが反対方向に移動する。バスケットは少なくとも3つの脚部を有しており、これら脚部の内の隣接する2つは一方のギアラックに接続され、残りの脚部は他方のギアラックに接続され、ピニオンの回転により2つの脚部が第1の方向に移動し、且つ残りの脚部が第2の方向に移動する。このように、ピニオンを回転させることによってバスケットを調節する。
Claims (16)
- ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに対して移動可能に取り付けられた長手方向に移動する2つのギアラックと、
前記2つのギアラックと係合するように前記ハンドルに対して回転可能に取り付けられたピニオンであって、前記ピニオンの回転により前記ギアラックを反対の方向に移動させる前記ピニオンと、
少なくとも3つの脚部を有するバスケットであって、前記ピニオンの回転により前記脚部の内の隣接する2つが第1の方向に移動し且つ同時に前記脚部の残りが前記第1の方向と異なる第2の方向に移動するように、前記2つの脚部が前記ギアラックの内の第1のものに接続され、前記脚部の残りが前記ギアラックの内の第2のものに接続されているバスケットと、
を備える、医療用回収装置。 - 前記ハンドルに取り付けられ、後方位置と前方位置との間の経路に沿って前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に移動するスライドをさらに備え、
前記ラックおよび前記ピニオンは、前記ラックおよび前記ピニオンを前記スライドに取り付け、次いで前記スライドを前記ハンドルに取り付けることにより、前記ハンドルに対して取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の医療用回収装置。 - 前記ハンドルから前方に延びる中空のシースをさらに備え、前記シースは前端部を有し、前記バスケットは前記シースの前端部に配置され、
前記バスケットは前記スライドと操作可能に結合し、前記スライドが前記後方位置にある時、前記バスケットは前記シースの前端部内に引込まれ、前記スライドが前記前方位置にある時、前記バスケットは前記シースの前記前端部の前方に延出し、
前記スライドの長手方向の移動により前記バスケットの延出および引込みを行なう、請求項2に記載の医療用回収装置。 - 前記ハンドルに取り付けられ、後方位置と前方位置との間の経路に沿って前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に移動するスライドと、
前記スライドに取り付けられ且つ前記ハンドルから前方に延びる中空のシースであって、前記シースは前端部を有し、前記バスケットは前記シースの前端部に配置される前記シースと、
をさらに備え
前記シースは前記スライドと操作可能に結合し、前記スライドが前記後方位置にある時、前記シースは引込まれて前記バスケットを露出させ、前記スライドが前記前方位置にある時、前記シースは前方に延びて前記バスケットを被覆し、
前記スライドの長手方向の移動により前記シースの伸縮を行なう、請求項1に記載の医療用回収装置。 - 前記ピニオンと操作可能に結合されたホイールをさらに備え、前記ホイールを回転させることによって前記ピニオンが回転して前記バスケット脚部を移動させる、請求項1に記載の医療用回収装置。
- 前記シース内に伸縮可能に配置された1対のチューブをさらに備え、前記1対のチューブの内の第1のものは前記ギアラックの内の前記第1のものに接続され、前記1対のチューブの内の第2のものは前記ギアラックの内の前記第2のものに接続され、前記2つの隣接するバスケット脚部は、前記2つの隣接するバスケット脚部を前記第1のチューブの前端部に接続することによって、前記ギアラックの内の前記第1のものに接続され、前記バスケット脚部の前記残りは、前記バスケット脚部の前記残りを前記第2のチューブの前端部に接続することによって、前記ギアラックの内の前記第2のものに接続される、請求項3に記載の医療用回収装置。
- 前記バスケットはチップ部材をさらに備え、前記バスケット脚部はそれぞれ前端部を備え、前記バスケット脚部の前記前端部は前記チップ部材に接続されている、請求項1に記載の医療用回収装置。
- 前記チップ部材はその内部に形成された穴を備え、前記バスケット脚部の前記前端部は、前記バスケット脚部の前記前端部を前記穴に挿入し且つ前記バスケット脚部の前記前端部を前記穴内に固定することによって、前記チップ部材に接続される、請求項7に記載の医療用回収装置。
- 前記チップ部材は変形可能であり、前記バスケット脚部の前記前端部は、前記バスケット脚部の前記前端部を前記穴に挿入し且つ前記チップ部材を変形させて前記バスケット脚部の前記前端部を前記穴内に締め付けることによって、前記穴内に固定される、請求項8に記載の医療用回収装置。
- ハンドルと、
前記ハンドルに対して移動可能に取り付けられ、前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に移動するギアラックと、
前記ギアラックと係合するように前記ハンドルに対して回転可能に取り付けられたピニオンであって、前記ピニオンの回転により前記ギアラックを移動させる前記ピニオンと、
少なくとも3つの脚部を有し、前記ピニオンの回転によって前記ギアラックを移動させて、前記脚部の内の前記少なくとも1つを前記脚部の残りに対して相対的に移動させるように、前記脚部の内の少なくとも1つが前記ギアラックに接続され、前記脚部の残りが前記ハンドルに接続されたバスケットと、
前記ハンドルに取り付けられ、後方位置と前方位置との間の経路に沿って前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に移動するスライドと、
を備え、
前記ラックおよび前記ピニオンを前記スライドに取り付け、次いで前記スライドを前記ハンドルに取り付けることにより、前記ラックおよび前記ピニオンが前記ハンドルに対して取り付けられ、
前記脚部の残りを前記スライドに取り付け、次いで前記スライドを前記ハンドルに取り付けることによって、前記脚部の残りが前記ハンドルに接続され、
前記ギアラック及び前記ピニオンが前記スライドのチャネル内に挿入されることにより、前記スライドに取り付けられる、医療用回収装置。 - 前記ハンドルから前方に延びる中空のシースをさらに備え、前記シースは前端部を有し、前記バスケットは前記シースの前端部に配置され、
前記バスケットは前記スライドと操作可能に結合し、前記スライドが前記後方位置にある時、前記バスケットは前記シースの前端部内に引込まれ、前記スライドが前記前方位置にある時、前記バスケットは前記シースの前記前端部の前方に延出し、
前記スライドの長手方向の移動により前記バスケットの延出および引込みを行なう、請求項10に記載の医療用回収装置。 - 前記ハンドルに取り付けられ、後方位置と前方位置との間の経路に沿って前記ハンドルに対して長手方向に移動するスライドと、
前記スライドに取り付けられ且つ前記ハンドルから前方に延びる中空のシースと、
をさらに備え、前記シースは前端部を有し、前記バスケットは前記シースの前端部に配置され、
前記シースは前記スライドと操作可能に結合し、前記スライドが前記後方位置にある時、前記シースは引込まれて前記バスケットを露出させ、前記スライドが前記前方位置にある時、前記シースは前方に延びて前記バスケットを被覆し、
前記スライドの長手方向の移動により前記シースの伸縮を行なう、請求項10に記載の医療用回収装置。 - 前記ピニオンと操作可能に結合されたホイールであって、前記ホイールの回転により前記ピニオンが回転して前記ギアラックを移動させる前記ホイールをさらに備える、請求項10に記載の医療用回収装置。
- 前記バスケットは、
それぞれ前端部を有する複数の脚部と、
内部に形成された穴を有するチップ部材と、
を備え、
前記複数の脚部の各々の前記前端部は前記チップ部材の前記穴内に受けられ、且つその内部に固定される、請求項10に記載の医療用回収装置。 - 前記複数の脚部の各々の前記前端部は、前記複数の脚部の各々の前記前端部を前記穴内に挿入し、且つ前記複数の脚部の各々の前記前端部を前記穴内で捕えるように前記チップ部材を圧着することによって、前記チップ部材の前記穴内に固定される、請求項14に記載の医療用回収装置。
- 前記ラック及び前記ピニオンが、前記スライドのチャネル内に挿入されることにより前記スライドに取り付けられる、請求項2に記載の医療用回収装置。
