Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 光ファイバーを含む手術装置であって、前記光ファイバーがループを含む、手術装置。
- 前記光ファイバーの少なくとも一部がステムに収納されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記光ファイバーの近位端が、アジャスタに操作可能に連結されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記アジャスタが、前記ループに関連したサイズを調整するように構成されている、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記アジャスタが、レバー、ボタン、摺動軸または摺動カバーを含む、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 管腔を通して延在し、遠位端および近位端を含む光ファイバーと;
管腔を含むステムにおいて、前記光ファイバーおよび前記近位端が前記管腔内に収納されて、ループ長を画定するループ部を形成している、前記ステムと;
前記近位端に操作可能に連結されているアジャスタにおいて、前記アジャスタの移動が前記ループ長を変化させる、前記アジャスタと
を含む手術照明装置であって、
前記光ファイバーの前記遠位端が、光源に連結するように構成されている、手術照明装置。 - 前記光ファイバーの少なくとも一部を包囲する光ファイバーケーブルをさらに含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記アジャスタが、レバー、ボタン、摺動軸または摺動カバーである、請求項6または請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記ステムが、眼組織においてまたは眼組織を通して装置を固定するのに好適なフランジを含む、請求項6〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 光が前記ループから発せられる第1形態、および光が前記光ファイバーの先端から発せられる第2構成を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 手術の際に前記第1構成から前記第2構成に転換するように構成されている、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 眼組織を照明する方法であって:
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置を付与することと;
前記ループ部が、眼球またはその一部よりも大きい直径を有するように、前記ループ長を場合により増加させることと;
前記ループ部を前記眼球に近接して設置することと;
前記ループ部が前記眼球に対して動かないように前記ループ長を減少させることと
を含む方法。 - 前記ループ部が、経毛様体扁平部よりも大きい直径を有する、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記眼組織が網膜組織である、請求項12または請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記ステムが、フランジ部を含み、前記フランジを用いて前記眼球を前記装置に固定することをさらに含む、請求項12〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 生体色素を前記眼球に投与することを含まない、請求項12〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
