Claims (5)
- リンを含む排水を、磁性粉を添加した磁性粉含有活性汚泥により嫌気処理を行う嫌気槽と、該嫌気槽の後段に設けた好気槽と、前記嫌気槽から抜き出した嫌気処理液からリンを除去する脱リン手段とを備えた生物学的脱リン法を採用した排水処理装置であって、前記嫌気槽に、磁力によって活性汚泥懸濁液中の前記磁性粉含有活性汚泥と嫌気処理液とを分離する第1磁気分離手段を設けるとともに、分離した嫌気処理液を前記脱リン手段に供給する経路と、分離した磁性粉含有活性汚泥を前記好気槽に供給する経路と、前記脱リン手段で脱リン処理を行った後の脱リン液を前記好気槽に返送する経路と、前記好気槽から流出する活性汚泥懸濁液中に含まれる磁性粉含有活性汚泥の一部を磁力によって液中から分離する第2磁気分離手段と、該第2磁気分離手段から流出した活性汚泥懸濁液中の磁性粉含有活性汚泥の残部を液中から分離する固液分離手段と、該固液分離手段で分離した処理水を抜き出す経路と、前記第2磁気分離手段で分離した磁性粉含有活性汚泥及び前記固液分離手段で分離した磁性粉含有活性汚泥を前記嫌気槽に返送する経路とを備えていることを特徴とする排水処理装置。
- リンを含む排水を、磁性粉を添加した磁性粉含有活性汚泥により嫌気処理を行う嫌気槽と、該嫌気槽の後段に設けた無酸素槽と、該無酸素槽の後段に連設した好気槽と、前記嫌気槽から抜き出した嫌気処理液からリンを除去する脱リン手段とを備えた生物学的脱リン法を採用した排水処理装置であって、前記嫌気槽に、磁力によって活性汚泥懸濁液中の前記磁性粉含有活性汚泥と嫌気処理液とを分離する第1磁気分離手段を設けるとともに、分離した嫌気処理液を前記脱リン手段に供給する経路と、分離した磁性粉含有活性汚泥を前記無酸素槽に供給する経路と、前記脱リン手段で脱リン処理を行った後の脱リン液を前記無酸素槽に返送する経路と、前記好気槽から流出する活性汚泥懸濁液中に含まれる磁性粉含有活性汚泥の一部を磁力によって液中から分離する第2磁気分離手段と、該第2磁気分離手段から流出した活性汚泥懸濁液中の磁性粉含有活性汚泥の残部を液中から分離する固液分離手段と、該固液分離手段で分離した処理水を抜き出す経路と、前記第2磁気分離手段で分離した磁性粉含有活性汚泥及び前記固液分離手段で分離した磁性粉含有活性汚泥を前記嫌気槽に返送する経路と、前記好気槽内の活性汚泥懸濁液を前記無酸素槽に循環させる経路とを備えていることを特徴とする排水処理装置。
- 前記脱リン手段は、前記嫌気処理液にマグネシウム化合物を添加して嫌気処理液中のアンモニア及びリンをリン酸マグネシウムアンモニウム六水和物として除去することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排水処理装置。
- 前記脱リン手段は、前記嫌気処理液中のリン酸イオンを、種結晶の表面にリン酸ヒドロキシアパタイトとして晶析させて除去することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排水処理装置。
- 前記第2磁気分離手段で磁気分離した活性汚泥及び前記固液分離手段で沈降分離した活性汚泥に可溶化処理、減容化処理を施す可溶化・減容化手段を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排水処理装置。
