ここで力FP及びFSは移動可能な円錐板P2及びS2へ作用する押圧力を示し、係数Kは、動作点パラメータの関数特に伝達されるトルク、変速比i、駆動回転数np及び押圧力の関数である支持力割合を示す。

この機能ブロック回路図は、調整対象としての変速機G、及び調整装置として測定装置2、操作部1及び目標比較器を持つ調整回路を示している。この調整回路により実行される調整では、変速機Gの駆動回転数np及び従動回転数nSが適当なセンサにより測定されて、測定装置2において評価される。測定装置2は、評価結果として、移動可能な円錐板P2,S2へ作用する平均終端位置力FLS,FLSの尺度である測定値aMを供給する。続いてこの測定値aMは、目標値比較器3において、例えば制御器により準備される目標値aSと比較される。この比較の結果(調整偏差aE)は操作部1へ供給され、この操作部1が、調整偏差aEに応じて、移動可能な円錐板P2,S2へ作用する操作力FAP,FASを制御する。

Claims (4)
- 無段変速機(G)の変速比(i)が、移動可能な調節手段(P2,S2)へ作用する少なくとも1つの操作力(FAP,FAS)によって、2つの変速比終端値の間で無段階に変化可能であるものにおいて、終端位置運転モードが運転モードとして定義され、この運転モードにおいて変速機(G)の変速比(i)が、力振動を印加することによる一方の操作力又は両方の操作力(FAP,FAS)の制御によって制御されて、振動状に変化する変速比(i)の振動の振幅が、一方の操作力又は両方の操作力(FAP,FAS)の制御に応じて一定部分の周りに振動するようにし、変速機(G)の変速比(i)の制御に関係する測定値(aM)が求められ、求められた測定値(aM)が、一方の操作力又は両方の操作力(FAP,FAS)の一定部分の変化によって、所定の目標値(aS)に調整されることを特徴とする、無段変速機の制御方法。
- 測定値(aM)の調整の際、所定の平均力を持つ調節手段(P2,S2)の少なくとも1つが、機械的行程限定部(LP,LS)に作用することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 通常運転モードが別の運転モードとして定義され、この別の運転モードにおいて、変速機(G)の変速比(i)又は変速機(G)の駆動回転数(np)が、所定の調整方法に従って調整され、変速機(G)が、変速比終端値の範囲にある変速比(i)の値では、終端位置運転モードで運転され、それ以外では通常運転モードで運転されることを特徴とする、請求項1及び2の1つに記載の方法。
- 無段変速機を持つ自動車の駆動装置を制御するために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の1つに記載の方法。
