Description
Claims (26)
- 複数触媒注入システムであって、
流動接触分解ユニットへ触媒を送るように構成された容器と、
前記容器内に配置され、前記容器内に少なくとも2つの区画を画成するセパレータと、
前記容器内に画成され、各区画に流体結合される加圧可能なプレナムと、
複数の排出機構と
を備え、各排出機構がそれぞれ1つずつそれぞれの区画に結合されるシステム。 - 前記セパレータが、前記容器の底部から前記容器の頂部より低い高さへと延びる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記セパレータがほぼ平坦である、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記セパレータが、
共通接合部から径方向外側に延びる2つ以上のフランジを備え、前記2つ以上のフランジが、それらの間に約180°未満の角度を形成する、請求項2に記載のシステム。 - 前記2つ以上のフランジの少なくとも1つが、前記共通接合部の周りで回転可能である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記区画の少なくとも2つの容積が異なる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つの区画の容積がほぼ等しい、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記区画のうち少なくとも1つの容積が調整可能である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器の頂部を貫通して配置される複数の触媒充填ポートをさらに備え、前記プレナムが前記充填ポートに隣接して配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 流動接触分解ユニットと、
前記流動接触分解ユニットに結合され、複数の触媒保管区画を有する触媒注入容器と、
前記容器の底部に結合され、前記容器の頂部より低い高さまで延びるセパレータと
を備える流動接触分解システム。 - 前記セパレータが、共通接合部から径方向外側に延びる2つ以上のフランジを備え、前記フランジの少なくとも2つが、急角度に曲がった向きをなす、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記セパレータが、共通接合部から径方向外側に延びる2つ以上のフランジを備え、前記フランジの少なくとも2つが、前記共通接合部の周りで回転可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒保管区画の少なくとも2つの容積が異なる、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒保管区画の少なくとも2つの容積がほぼ等しい、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記容器の頂部を貫通して配置された複数の触媒充填ポートと、
前記充填ポートに隣接する前記容器内に配置され、前記触媒保管区画に流体結合されたプレナムと
をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記容器に結合され、前記容器内の圧力を1インチ当たり約5〜約80ポンド(約0.35〜約5.6kg/cm2)の範囲に制御するようになされた加圧システムをさらに備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 各触媒保管区画に結合されたそれぞれの計量装置をさらに備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記触媒保管区画の少なくとも1つの容積が調整可能である、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 流動接触分解ユニットと、
前記流動接触分解ユニットに結合され、複数の触媒保管区画を有する触媒注入容器と、
前記容器の底部と頂部の間に結合されたセパレータと、
前記容器の前記頂部付近で前記セパレータを貫通して延びる少なくとも1つの穴と
を備える流動接触分解システム。 - 触媒を流動接触分解ユニットに注入するための方法であって、
容器の第1の区画内に触媒を保管するステップと、
前記容器の第2の区画内に触媒を保管するステップであって、前記第1の区画内に保管される触媒と前記第2の区画内に保管される触媒とが化学的に異なるステップと、
前記第1の区画から流動接触分解ユニット内へと触媒を分配するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記区画の少なくとも1つの容積を調整するステップをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の区画から前記流動接触分解ユニット内へと触媒を分配するステップをさらに含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の区画から触媒を分配する前記ステップが同時に行われる、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の区画から触媒を分配する前記ステップが順次行われる、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 流動接触分解ユニットに触媒を装填するための装填装置であって、
容器と、
前記容器内に画成された複数の触媒保管領域と、
前記容器に接続された計量装置であり、前記複数の触媒保管領域の選択された一つから分配された触媒の量を示す計量を提供するように構成されている前記計量装置と
を備える装填装置。 - 流動接触分解ユニットに触媒を装填するための装填装置であって、
異なる触媒を内部に導入するための複数の触媒入口ポートと、複数の触媒を流動接触分解ユニットに選択的に提供するための複数の排出ポートとを有している容器と、
前記流動接触分解ユニットに送られた触媒の量を測定するよう構成された計量システムと、
前記計量システムに結合された制御装置であり、実行された場合に、前記複数の触媒の選択された一つを、前記容器を通して前記流動接触分解ユニットに送る命令を含んでいる前記制御装置とを備える装填装置。
