Claims (16)
- 하나 이상의 촉매를 저장하도록 구성된 용기;용기 내의 압력 계량값을 제공하도록 구성된 압력 변환기;용기 내의 가스 압력을 조정하기 위해 용기에 연결된 압력 제어 밸브;용기로부터 촉매 배출을 제어하기 위해 용기에 연결된 배출 밸브; 및입력값으로서 변환기에 의해 제공된 계량값을 지닌 제어기로서, 제어기에 내장된 지시가 실행되는 경우 압력 제어 밸브 및 배출 밸브의 동시적인 개방이 방지되는 제어기를 포함하는, 유동상 촉매 주입 시스템.
- 용기의 제 1 구획 내에 촉매를 저장하는 단계;용기의 제 2 구획 내에 촉매를 저장하는 단계; 및촉매를 제 1 구획으로부터 유동상 접촉분해 유니트로 분배하는 단계를 포함하여, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트로 촉매를 주입하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 구획 중 하나 이상의 부피를 조정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 촉매를 제 2 구획으로부터 유동상 접촉분해 유니트로 분배하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 구획으로부터의 촉매를 분배하는 단계가 동시에 일어나는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 구획으로부터의 촉매를 분배하는 단계가 연속적으로 일어나는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 제 1 및 제 2 구획 내에 저장된 촉매가 화학적으로 상이한 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,용기 내의 압력을 전자적으로 감시하는 단계; 및감시된 압력에 따라 용기 내의 압력을 조정하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 촉매를 분배하는 단계가 조정 단계와 동시에 일어나는 것을 방지하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 용기로의 촉매 첨가가 조정 단계와 동시에 일어나는 것을 방지하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 촉매 저장 용기 내의 압력을 조정하는 단계;촉매를 저장 용기에 대해 분배하는 단계; 및상기한 조정 및 분배 단계가 동시에 일어나는 것을 방지하는 단계를 포함하여, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트로 촉매를 주입하는 방법.
- 용기;용기와 관련된 복수개의 촉매 저장 영역; 및용기와 관련되며, 촉매 저장 영역 중의 선택된 영역으로부터 분배된 촉매량의 계량치를 제공하도록 구성된 계량 장치를 포함하는, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트로 촉매를 로딩하는 장치.
- 복수개의 촉매를 유동상 접촉분해 유니트(FCCU)로 선택적으로 제공하도록 구성되며, 상이한 촉매를 용기로 로딩하기 위한 복수개의 촉매 유입 포트를 구비한 용기;FCCU에 용접된(welded), 촉매의 양을 측정하도록 구성된 계량 시스템; 및계량 시스템에 연결되며, 실행되는 경우 복수개의 촉매 중 선택된 촉매를 용기를 통해 FCCU로 전달하는 지시가 내장되는 제어기를 포함하는, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트에 촉매를 로딩하는 장치.
- 복수개의 개별 촉매 저장 영역을 지니는 주입 장치를 유동상 접촉분해 유니트(FCCU)에 제공하는 단계;주입 장치를 통해 촉매를 FCCU로 선택적으로 전달하는 단계; 및주입 장치를 통해 FCCU로 전달된 촉매의 양을 측정하는 단계를 포함하여, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트에 촉매를 제공하는 방법.
- 복수개의 촉매를, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트(FCCU)에 연결된 주입 장치 내로 유동시키는 단계; 및촉매 중 선택된 촉매를 FCCU로 주입하기 전에 주입 장치를 가압시키는 단계를 포함하여, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트에 촉매를 제공하는 방법.
- 유동상 접촉분해 유니트(FCCU)에 연결된 중량 측정 시스템에서의 변화를 제공하는 단계; 및복수개의 촉매 저장 영역으로부터 선택적으로 시스템을 통해 촉매를 FCCU로 자동적으로 제공하는 단계를 포함하여, 유동상 접촉분해 유니트에 촉매를 제공하는 방법.
