Description
Claims (35)
- パイプを介して流動接触分解ユニットに流体的に接続された第1の触媒リザーバと、
前記第1の触媒リザーバの出口に配置され、前記出口を通って前記流動接触分解ユニットに直接向かう触媒の流れを制御するように構成された流量制御装置と、
前記流動接触分解ユニット内のプロセス制御に適した、計量された量の触媒を、前記第1の触媒リザーバから分配するように、前記流体制御装置を制御するプロセス制御装置と、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ内の圧力を制御する圧力制御システムと、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ、前記流量制御装置、前記プロセス制御装置及び前記圧力制御システムが置かれる可搬プラットフォームとを備る、移動式触媒注入システム。 - 前記可搬プラットフォームがトレイラである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可搬プラットフォームがコンテナである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可搬プラットフォームが貨車である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可搬プラットフォームがパレットである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可搬プラットフォームがバージである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記可搬プラットフォームに置かれ、前記圧力制御システムに電力を供給する発電機をさらに備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の触媒リザーバが、前記可搬プラットフォームに対して相対的に移動可能である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の触媒リザーバと前記可搬プラットフォームとの間に配置された複数のロードセルをさらに備える、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の触媒リザーバから分配された触媒を示す計量を検出するように構成されたセンサをさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の触媒リザーバがさらに、
複数の区画と、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ内に配置され、前記区画を結合させるプレナムとを備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の区画のうち少なくとも2つの容積が実質的に等しい、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の区画のうち少なくとも2つの容積が実質的に異なる、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の区画のうち少なくとも1つの容積が調整可能である、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記可搬プラットフォームに置かれ、前記流動接触分解ユニットに流体的に接続された第2の触媒リザーバをさらに備える、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- パイプを介して流動接触分解ユニットに流体的に接続された第1の触媒リザーバと、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ内の圧力を制御する圧力制御システムと、
前記第1の触媒リザーバの出口に配置された流量制御装置と、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ、前記流量制御装置及び前記圧力制御システムが置かれるトレイラとを備え、
前記流量制御装置は、前記流動接触分解ユニット内のプロセス制御に適しており、かつ、前記出口を通って前記流動接触分解ユニットに直接向かう、計量された量の触媒の流れを制御するように構成されている、移動式触媒注入システム。 - 前記第1の触媒リザーバがさらに、
複数の区画と、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ内に配置され前記区画を結合させるプレナムとを備える、請求項16に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の区画のうち少なくとも1つの容積が調整可能である、請求項17に記載のシステム。
- 前記トレイラに置かれた第2の触媒リザーバをさらに備え、
前記圧力制御システムは、前記第2の触媒リザーバ内の圧力を制御する、請求項16〜18のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記トレイラに置かれ、前記圧力制御システムに電力を供給する発電機を更に備える、請求項16〜19のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- パイプを介して流動接触分解ユニットに流体的に接続された第1の触媒リザーバと、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ内の圧力を制御する圧力制御システムと、
前記第1の触媒リザーバの出口に配置された流量制御装置と、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ、前記流量制御装置及び前記圧力制御システムが置かれるコンテナとを備え、
前記流量制御装置は、前記流動接触分解ユニット内のプロセス制御に適しており、かつ、前記出口を通って前記流動接触分解ユニットに直接向かう、計量された量の触媒の流れを制御するように構成されている、移動式触媒注入システム。 - 前記第1の触媒リザーバがさらに、
複数の区画と、
前記第1の触媒リザーバ内に配置され、前記区画を結合させるプレナムとを備える、請求項21に記載のシステム。 - 前記複数の区画の少なくとも1つの容積が調整可能である、請求項22に記載のシステム。
- 前記コンテナに置かれた第2の触媒リザーバをさらに備え、
前記圧力制御システムは、前記第2の触媒リザーバ内の圧力を制御する、請求項21〜23のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記コンテナに置かれ、前記圧力制御システムに電力を供給する発電機を更に備える請求項21〜24のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 触媒供給源と、パイプを介して前記触媒供給源と流体的に接続された流動接触分解ユニットとを備える、既設の流動接触分解システムにおけるプロセス制御のための方法であって、
前記流動接触分解システム内の原油を加工するステップと、
触媒リザーバと、前記触媒リザーバの出口に配置され、前記出口を通る触媒の流れを制御するように構成された流量制御装置と、前記リザーバから触媒を分配するように、前記流体制御装置を制御するプロセス制御装置と、前記触媒リザーバ内の圧力を制御する圧力制御システムと、前記触媒リザーバ、前記流量制御装置、前記プロセス制御装置及び前記圧力制御システムが置かされた可搬プラットフォームとを備える移動式触媒注入システムを、前記流動接触分解システムへと輸送するステップと、
前記触媒リザーバを、前記パイプを介して前記流動接触分解ユニットに流体的に接続するステップと、
前記流動接触分解システム内のプロセス制御のために、前記触媒リザーバから前記流動接触分解ユニットへと、計量された量の触媒を注入するステップとを含む方法。 - 前記輸送するステップがさらに、道路、陸上、海上、または航空のうち少なくとも1つによって前記移動式触媒注入システムを移動させるステップを含む、請求項26に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒供給源から供給される触媒以外に必要とされる触媒の必要性を識別するステップをさらに含む、請求項26又は27に記載の方法。
- 前記輸送するステップが、前記識別された必要性に対応して行われる、請求項28に記載の方法。
- 前記注入するステップが、前記輸送するステップの完了後少なくとも1時間以内に行われる、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記触媒リザーバの第1の区画内に触媒を保管するステップと、
前記触媒リザーバの第2の区画内に触媒を保管するステップをさらに含む、請求項26〜30のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1および第2の区画の間の容積比を調整することをさらに含む、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記第1および第2の区画に共通のプレナムを加圧することをさらに含む、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記注入するステップがさらに、少なくとも2つの触媒を前記2つの別々の区画から同時に分配するステップを含む、請求項31に記載の方法。
- 前記注入するステップがさらに、少なくとも2つの触媒を前記2つの別々の区画から順次分配するステップを含む、請求項31に記載の方法。
