Claims (3)
- レーザ光入射側から順にDVD層と次世代DVD層が配されたハイブリッド型光ディスクの前記各層を再生可能な光ディスク装置において、
前記ハイブリッド型光ディスクが装着されたことを判別するディスク判別手段と、
前記ハイブリッド型光ディスクが装着されたと判別されたとき前記DVD層に優先して前記次世代DVD層に対する再生処理を実行する再生手段と、
前記次世代DVD層の再生が開始された後で、前記次世代DVD層を再生して取得されたコマンド情報に基づいて前記DVD層に対するジャンプの要否を判別するジャンプ判別手段と、
前記ジャンプ判別手段による判別結果に応じて、前記次世代DVD層を再生して取得されたコマンド情報に基づいて前記DVD層に対するジャンプ位置を決定して前記次世代DVD層から前記DVD層へのジャンプを実行するジャンプ制御手段と、
を有することを特徴とする光ディスク装置。 - 請求項1に記載の光ディスク装置において、
前記ジャンプ制御手段は、前記DVD層に対するジャンプ直前の前記次世代DVD層の再生位置を保持し、前記ジャンプ後に前記DVD層の再生が終了したことに応じて、前記保持した再生位置をもとに、前記DVD層から前記次世代DVD層へのジャンプを実行する、
ことを特徴とする光ディスク装置。 - 請求項2に記載の光ディスク装置において、
前記次世代DVD層から前記DVD層へジャンプしたことを示すフラグを保持するフラグ保持手段を備え、
前記ジャンプ制御手段は、前記フラグを参照して、当該DVD層の再生が前記次世代DVD層からジャンプされた後に行われたものであるかを判別し、当該DVD層の再生が終了したことに応じて、前記DVD層から前記次世代DVD層へのジャンプを実行する、
ことを特徴とする光ディスク装置。
