前記熱伝導ブロックは、基端側が開放すると共に先端側に孔が形成されて内面が前記先端部の外面にほぼ沿う形状の筒形に形成され、該熱伝導ブロックが前記円筒部の外面に被せて取り付けられ、前記円筒部の外面と前記熱伝導ブロックの内面とが微小な隙間を隔てて対向していると共に、この隙間が熱伝導材料で充填されているものである。

Claims (5)
- 熱を吸収又は放出するための円筒部が設けられたケーシングを有するスターリングサイクル機関本体と、前記円筒部における先端部側に取り付けられる熱伝導ブロックとを有するスターリングサイクル機関であって、
前記円筒部が、先端が閉じられ且つこの先端から基端まで継ぎ目なく形成されており、
前記熱伝導ブロックが、基端側が開放すると共に先端側に孔が形成されて内面が前記円筒部の先端部の外面にほぼ沿う形状の筒形に形成され、
該熱伝導ブロックが前記円筒部の外面に被せて取り付けられ、前記円筒部の外面と前記熱伝導ブロックの内面とが微小な隙間を隔てて対向していると共に、この隙間が熱伝導材料で充填されていることを特徴とするスターリングサイクル機関。 - 前記熱伝導ブロックの内面の基端側には、内側に突出した突出部が全周にわたって形成され、前記熱伝導ブロックの内面と前記円筒部の先端部の外面との隙間が、前記熱伝導ブロックの基端側がそれ以外の箇所より狭く形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスターリングサイクル機関。
- 前記熱伝導材料が鑞であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のスターリングサイクル機関。
- 前記熱伝導ブロックに伝熱面を形成すると共に、この伝熱面に熱伝導部材を取付可能に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載のスターリングサイクル機関。
- 前記熱伝導部材を取り付けるためのビス孔が前記伝熱面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のスターリングサイクル機関。
