Claims (3)
- V型内燃機関のバンク間の上方に吸気コレクタが配置されるとともに、この吸気コレクタ内部で吸気系の切換が行われるV型内燃機関の吸気装置において、
上記吸気コレクタは、左右両側にそれぞれ第1,第2コレクタ部を備えるとともに、前端部に、左右に延びた連通管を有し、
上記第1,第2コレクタ部の間の領域に、各コレクタ部から互いに内側へ向かうように延びた各気筒のブランチ部が並んで配置されており、
各コレクタ部の前端部がそれぞれ上記連通管に接続されているとともに、各コレクタ部の後端部にそれぞれ吸気入口が設けられており、
上記連通管は、両コレクタ部と同じ高さ位置に形成されており、
第1,第2コレクタ部の間に、上記ブランチ部の上面を覆う容積室が形成されており、
上記連通管の両端部に、該連通管を開閉する開閉弁がそれぞれ設けられており、この2つの開閉弁の間となる連通管中央部分が上記容積室前端部に一体に連通していることを特徴とするV型内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記連通管の上記開閉弁が位置する部分は、円筒状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のV型内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 吸気コレクタを構成する上記第1,第2コレクタ部と上記連通管と上記ブランチ部とが、一体鋳造されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のV型内燃機関の吸気装置。
