Claims (3)
- 基板と、該基板上に形成され、レーザ光が照射されることにより光学特性が変化する記録層と、を有してなり、該記録層は、記録部と、該記録部の厚さ方向の少なくとも一方側を被覆する被覆部と、を含み、これら記録部と、被覆部と、は、実質的にBiとOとからなり、且つ、これらBiの元素とOの元素の組成比率が異なることを特徴とする光記録媒体。
- 請求項1において、
前記被覆部は、前記Bi及びOの原子数の合計値に対する前記Oの原子数の比率が前記記録部よりも小さいことを特徴とする光記録媒体。 - 請求項1又は2において、
前記記録部は、前記Bi及びOの原子数の合計値に対する前記Oの原子数の比率が63%以上であることを特徴とする光記録媒体。
