Description
a)前記活性物質を、表面に近接して、好ましくは前記工具の表面上方に位置する複数のアプリケーターを有する塗布機ユニットにより、複数のビードの形態で第一の工具の表面に塗布する段階と、
b)活性物質を含む第一の工具の表面を、第一の工具の表面の接線と5度〜40度、好ましくは15度〜30度の間の角度を有し、好ましくは活性物質を有する工具の表面の上に一定の圧力をかけるコーティングブレードと接触させる段階と、
c)該活性物質を、該第一の工具の表面から、第二の工具の表面上に支持されて該第一の工具の表面に対して押し付けられた物品、一連の物品又は物品のウェブへ移す段階とを含む。
a)前記活性物質を第一の工具の表面に塗布する段階と、
b)前記活性物質を、第一の工具の表面から、第二の工具の表面上に支持されて第一の工具の表面に対して押し付けられた物品、一連の物品又は物品のウェブへ移す段階とを含む方法において、段階a)の活性物質が第一の工具の表面に近接している複数のアプリケーターを有する塗布機により複数のビードの形態で塗布されるか、又は段階a)の後且つ段階b)の前に、第一の工具の表面が第一の工具の表面の接線と5度〜40度、好ましくは15度〜30度の角度を有し、好ましくは活性物質を有する前記表面の上に一定の圧力をかけるコーティングブレードと接触することを特徴とする。
活性物質は、好ましくは接着剤を含み、好ましくは顔料をも含む。
少なくとも第一の吸収性物品又は物品のウェブの一部の上に第一の活性物質を断続的に塗布し、続いて、後続の物品又は物品のウェブの後続の一部の上に第二の活性物質を断続的に塗布し、任意選択的に、更に後続の物品又は物品のウェブの更に後続の一部の上に更なる活性物質を断続的に塗布する段階と、物品のウェブである場合には、引き続いて、前記ウェブを異なる活性物質を有する個々の物品に切断する段階と、引き続いて、異なる活性物質を有する前記生産された物品を前記製造の順番に包装材料の中へオンライン包装する段階とを含む方法を提供する。
本発明の方法は、好ましくは接着剤を含む活性物質を、物品、一連の物品、又は物品のウェブに、好ましくは(ウェブ若しくは一連の)吸収性物品又はその剥離片に塗布することである。
本明細書の物質は、印刷可能ないかなる物質とすることもできる。本方法は、特に、粘性又は粘着性の物質、通常は粘性及び粘着性の物質を印刷するのに非常に有利である。
本明細書の印刷設備は、複数のビードを工具上に堆積させることができる独特の塗布機を有する。したがって、塗布機は複数のアプリケーターを有し、好ましくは、塗布機は、複数のアプリケーター、好ましくは押出し管又は押出し金型を有するユニットを有する。

本発明の吸収性物品は、上記の特定の物質、好ましくは上記接着剤を含む。

Claims (15)
- 活性物質を物品、一連の物品又は物品のウェブの上に塗布する方法であって、
a)前記活性物質を、表面に近接して、表面上方に位置する複数のアプリケーターを有する塗布機により、複数の連続したビードの形態で第一の工具の表面に塗布する段階と、
b)該活性物質を含む該第一の工具の表面を、該第一の工具の表面の接線と5度〜40度の角度を有し、該活性物質を有する前記表面の上に一定の圧力をかけるコーティングブレードと接触させる段階と、
c)該活性物質を、該第一の工具の表面から、第二の工具の表面上に支持されて該第一の工具の表面に対して押し付けられた物品、一連の物品又は物品のウェブへ移す段階と、
を含む方法。 - 該第一の工具及び該第二の工具がそれぞれ回転し、少なくとも該第一の回転する工具がロールである請求項1に記載の方法。
- 該塗布機、及び該第一の工具が加熱され、ロールである該第二の工具が冷却される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 該塗布機の温度が、該第一の工具の表面の温度よりも少なくとも5℃低い請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該塗布機が複数の押出機−アプリケーターを備え、該押出機−アプリケーターが、該活性物質の複数の押し出された連続したビードを提供する請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該第二の工具の表面が、0℃〜30℃の温度を有する請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該方法が連続的であり、該塗布機が、該第一の回転する工具の表面上に複数の連続したビードを塗布し、該物品が連続的な一連の物品又は物品のウェブであり、該方法が少なくとも20m/分の速度を有する請求項1又は6に記載の方法。
- 該活性物質が、少なくとも10g/m2点の上の量で塗布される請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該第二の工具の表面が、25〜90のショアA硬さ値を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該方法がグラビア印刷法であり、該第一の工具の表面が該活性物質を受け入れる窪みを有する請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 該窪みが、2mm未満の深さを有する請求項10に記載の方法。
- 該物品のウェブが伸張可能であり、該ウェブの出口角度が30度〜70度となるように前記第二の回転する工具の周りを回転する請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ロールである該第一の工具の表面の温度が、該物品、一連の物品又は物品のウェブの溶融温度よりも高い請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 塗布機、第一の工具及び第二の工具、並びにコーティングブレードを有する印刷設備であって、
a)該塗布機が、活性物質を複数の連続したビードの形態で塗布可能な複数の押出機−アプリケーターを有し、及び
b)該コーティングブレードが該第一の工具の表面の接線と5度〜40度の角度有し、前記第一の工具の表面上に一定の圧力をかけられるように構成され、
該第一の工具、第二の工具及び塗布機が温度制御手段を有し、該第二の工具の表面が25〜90のショア硬さ値を有する印刷設備。 - 該第一及び第二の工具がそれぞれ回転可能なロールである請求項14に記載の印刷設備。
