Claims (5)
- 外周の少なくとも一部が円弧状に形成された円弧部と、略平坦に形成された主面部とを有するバッテリセルと、
上記バッテリセルが収納されるバッテリケースとを有し、
上記バッテリケースの両主面には、該両主面の各外側縁より内面側に形成され、上記バッテリセルの主面部を外方に臨ませる開口部を有し、
少なくとも上記バッテリケースの両側面及び背面側が上記主面部と重畳する断面略コ字状とされていることを特徴とするバッテリ。 - 上記バッテリケースは、上記円弧部に対峙する角部を有し、
上記バッテリケースの上記角部には、上記円弧部と略同じ曲率を有し該円弧部を支持する支持壁が上記バッテリセルの挿入方向に亘って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリ。 - 上記バッテリセルは、断面長円形状を有し、両側面に上記円弧部が形成され、
上記バッテリケースは、断面略台形状有し、一方の長辺の両端には上記角部が形成され、他方の長辺の両端には上記円弧部を支持する円弧壁が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリ。 - 上記バッテリケースは、前面側が開放され、該前面側に正極部及び負極部を向けてバッテリセルが挿入されると共にホルダが取り付けられ、
該ホルダには、上記バッテリケースの前面の開放方向と同じ向きに開放された保持部が形成され、該保持部で上記バッテリセルの正極部及び負極部と接続されるとともに前面側に臨まされる正極端子部及び負極端子部が設けられた端子板を支持することを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリ。 - 上記バッテリケースには上記ホルダとの接続部に突片が突設され、
上記ホルダには上記突片に外側から当接される当接片が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のバッテリ。
