Abstract
【解決手段】電子機器に取り付けられることにより該電子機器に電力を供給する電子機器用の二次電池1において、正極、負極及び電解質とを包装体23に収納するとともに、正極及び負極からそれぞれ正極端子21及び負極端子22が包装体23の同一側面3aより導出されたバッテリーセル3と、バッテリーセル3が挿入される一の開口部5が形成され、正極端子21及び負極端子22が導出された一側面3aを開口部5側に向けてバッテリーセル3を収納する金属製のバッテリー缶2と、正極端子21及び負極端子22が接続されるとともに外方に臨まされることにより電子機器の電極と接続される端子部37,38が設けられ、開口部5と係合してバッテリー缶2を閉塞する合成樹脂からなる蓋体4と、バッテリー缶2の外周に貼着される主面部16と、開口部5と反対側の底面部7を巻回する巻回部17を有する絶縁性の外装ラベル15とを備える。

Claims (7)
- 電子機器に取り付けられることにより該電子機器に電力を供給する電子機器用の二次電池において、
正極、負極及び電解質とを包装体に収納するとともに、上記正極及び負極からそれぞれ正極端子及び負極端子が上記包装体の同一側面より導出されたバッテリーセルと、
上記バッテリーセルが挿入される一の開口部が形成され、上記正極端子及び負極端子が導出された一側面を上記開口部側に向けて上記バッテリーセルを収納する金属製のバッテリー缶と、
上記正極端子及び負極端子が接続されるとともに外方に臨まされることにより上記電子機器の電極と接続される端子部が設けられ、上記開口部と係合してバッテリー缶を閉塞する合成樹脂からなる蓋体と、
上記バッテリー缶の外周に貼着される主面部と、上記開口部と反対側の底面部を巻回する巻回部を有する絶縁性の外装ラベルとを備える二次電池。 - 上記巻回部は、矩形状に形成された上記底面部の長手方向両端部を除く領域に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の二次電池。
- 上記巻回部は、上記二次電池が、上記電子機器又は該二次電池を充電する充電器の電池装着部に挿入方向を反対にして挿入されたとき、上記電池装着部に臨まされている上記電子機器又は上記充電器側の電極端子と対峙されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記底面部は、上記巻回部に巻回されていない領域を上記電子機器又は該二次電池を充電する充電器の電池装着部に設けられた係止部材が係止される係止部とされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 上記底面部は、上記巻回部に巻回されていない領域をアース部とされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の二次電池。
- 電子機器に取り付けられることにより該電子機器に電力を供給する電子機器用の二次電池において、
正極、負極及び電解質とを包装体に収納するとともに、上記正極及び負極からそれぞれ正極端子及び負極端子が上記包装体の同一側面より導出されたバッテリーセルと、
上記バッテリーセルが挿入される一の開口部が形成され、上記正極端子及び負極端子が導出された一側面を上記開口部側に向けて上記バッテリーセルを収納する金属製のバッテリー缶と、
上記正極端子及び負極端子が接続されるとともに外方に臨まされることにより上記電子機器の電極と接続される端子部が設けられ、上記開口部と係合してバッテリー缶を閉塞する合成樹脂からなる蓋体と、
上記バッテリー缶の外周に貼着される主面部と、上記開口部に係止された蓋体を巻回する巻回部を有する外装ラベルとを備える二次電池。 - 上記巻回部は、上記蓋体より外方に臨まされている端子部を除く領域に巻回されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の二次電池。
