Description
本発明は、骨折部位に圧縮を適用するインプラント装具に係り、特に、分離したピンを用いることなくワイヤー要素として構築されたインプラント装具に関する。
例として、肘頭(肘の尺骨の上端部)の骨折及び膝蓋(膝の皿)の骨折は、関節表面を含む骨折である。接合表面の解剖学的配置への復元は、受容された固定方法である。
本発明の目的は、上記の強固なピンの使用を避け且つ骨折部位に圧縮力を適用する連続的な長さのワイヤーを提供することより、上述の問題及び欠点を克服したインプラント装具を提供することである。
図面は、骨Bの骨折部位2に対して圧縮を適用するための骨折固定インプラント装具1を示している。例えば、骨Bは、関節表面を有する肘頭や膝蓋などであってもよい。
Claims (10)
- 骨折部位を固定し且つ該骨折部位を横切って圧縮を適用するインプラントであって:
骨の長手方向に埋め込まれるように適合された第1脚を有し、前記骨折部位を横切って延びて前記骨から出る長さを有する、ワイヤー要素を備え、
該ワイヤー要素は、傾斜部分により前記第1脚に結合されている第2脚を有し、該第2脚が、前記骨の外部表面へと垂直方向に離れた距離において、前記第1脚に対して長手方向に平行して後方に延びるような寸法及び形状を有しており、前記第2脚に適用される長手方向に引っ張る応力が、前記ワイヤー要素における張力を発生し且つ前記骨折部位を横切って圧縮を適用し、前記第1脚及び前記第2脚は、異なる断面領域を有し、
前記ワイヤー要素に展開される前記張力を保持するよう、前記第2脚を前記骨に固定する、前記第2脚に関連付けられた手段を備える、
ことを特徴とするインプラント。 - 前記ワイヤー要素は、前記第1脚のペアと前記第2脚のペアとを有し、
前記第1脚及び前記第2脚の各ペアは、個々の前記傾斜部分により結合され、
前記第2脚の前記ペアは、大部分が前記第2脚と同じ平面に存在するさらなる傾斜部分によってともに接続される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインプラント。 - 前記ワイヤー要素において前記張力を保持する前記手段は、前記第2脚のペアに係合可能なワッシャーと、前記骨に対して該ワッシャーを固定するボーンスクリューとを備えている、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のインプラント。 - 前記第2脚のペアは、互いに交差するか、或いは、互いに離れて配置される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のインプラント。 - 前記ワイヤー要素において前記張力を保持する前記手段は、前記骨に埋め込まれるのに適合されたフックを前記第2脚上に備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。 - 前記ワイヤー要素は、連続しており、且つ、前記第1脚及び前記第2脚を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。 - 前記第1脚のペアは、互いに外側に離れて若干湾曲される、
ことを特徴とする請求項2乃至6のうちいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。 - 前記第1脚は、前記第2脚よりも長く、且つ、前記さらなる傾斜部分を超えて延びる、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。 - 前記第2脚に応力を適用し且つ前記骨に反発力を適用することによって前記ワイヤー要素に応力を発生する手段、によって特徴付けられる、
請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。 - 前記第1脚は、前記第2脚より大きな断面を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のうちいずれか一項に記載のインプラント。
