Description
関する。
乳児に母乳を与えることは、いつも容易であるとは限らない。問題の原因は、母親又は乳児にあると思われる。吸引ポンプ又は吸引装置、搾乳器とも呼ばれる手段によって、母乳を搾乳することは、ある母親たちにとっては問題である。
しかしながら、搾乳器の使用中に、母親の乳房の正確な測定を行うことは困難である。しかし、そのような測定から、刺激段階中、及び実際の乳の搾乳中になされる過程についての情報が得られる。
本発明による、驚くほどに簡単な解法は、請求項1に従って設計された搾乳カップを使用する。従って、本発明によれば、センサーが設けられた搾乳カップを使用する。
使用するセンサーとしては、母親の乳房の変化を検知するのに適する、あらゆる種類のセンサー、特に、電極、光センサー、音響センサー、熱センサーが使用できる。
従って、様々な測定法、例えば、X線、超音波、乳房の空間的に別個の2つの領域間の抵抗及びインピーダンスを記録する純電気的測定電流等が可能である。電気信号を測定するための電極、X線を測定するための光学センサー、超音波を測定するための音響センサーを乳房の皮膚に配置する。
この方法の、さらに有利な実施形態及び変形は、従属請求項に記載されている。
図1は、本発明の搾乳カップの単純斜視図を示す。そして、
図2は、図1の搾乳カップの開口端を見た同様の図を示す。
部品2−4を有するカップ1は、例えば、透明なプラスチックから作製され、それ自体は慣用的なデザインである。ろうと状カップ1’には、所定の位置に配置された多数の電極5が設けられている。電極は、ろうと状の壁1’の内表面に接触表面5’’を有し、ろうと状の壁の外表面に接続接点5’を有する。
このカップの構造により、母乳の搾乳中も、電極を介して測定が可能となる。測定評価のために対応する装具を、搾乳器に組み込むことができるし、分離することもできる。
図面から認識できるように、母親の乳房の乳首は、ろうとの開口部に押し出される。従って、搾乳時に乳首の邪魔にならないように、センサーは乳首から間隔をおいて配置する。
Claims (14)
- 乳房と接触するための、非導電性材料からなる、ろうと状の本体を有し、
本体のろうと状の壁の、所定の位置に電極を組み込み、
このろうと状の壁の内面にある電極は、乳房の皮膚との接触表面を有し、
ろうと状の壁を貫通し、ろうとの外面に電気接続接点を有し、かつ、
センサーが配置され、このセンサーにより、母乳の搾乳時における、母の乳房の内部の過程を検知することを特徴とする、母の乳房に当てるための搾乳器の搾乳カップ。 - 前記本体が円すい台形状であり、直径の小さい方の端部に、搾乳器及び母乳採集容器のための付属部材に通じている筒状接続部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の搾乳カップ。
- 前記センサーを、乳首から間隔をおいて配置することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の搾乳カップ。
- 前記搾乳カップが、乳房と接触するための、ろうと状の本体からなり、
センサーを本体のろうと状の壁に設けることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の搾乳カップ。 - 前記センサーを、本体のろうと状の壁の、所定の位置に組み込むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の搾乳カップ。
- 母の乳房と対向する本体の内表面のセンサーが、乳房の皮膚との接触表面を有することを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の搾乳カップ。
- 前記センサーが電極であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の搾乳カップ。
- 前記電極が、ろうと状の壁を貫通し、ろうとの外面に電気接続接点を有することを特徴とする請求項4又は7に記載の搾乳カップ。
- 前記搾乳カップが光センサーを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の搾乳カップ。
- 前記搾乳カップが音響センサー及び/又は熱センサーを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の搾乳カップ。
- センサーの設けられた搾乳カップを有する搾乳器において、
乳首から間隔をおいて配置された、母の乳房に当てられた前記搾乳カップにおける前記センサーが、母乳の搾乳時における、母の乳房の内部の過程を検知する測定を行う
ことを特徴とする測定方法。 - 前記センサーが前記過程を、電気的に、光学的に、熱測定により、又は音響によって検知することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- インピーダンス測定を行うことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 超音波を使用することを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
