本发明涉及一种乳杯,特别是吸乳器(breast pump)的乳杯,本发明还涉及一种在吸母乳时测量母亲乳房变化的方法。
背景技术
在世界各地,各种用于挤母乳的抽吸泵和抽吸装置的乳杯得到普遍使用。
母乳喂养并非总是那么顺利。原因可能在于母亲,也可能在于婴儿。采用抽吸泵或抽吸装置(也称为吸乳器)吸母乳对某些母亲来说也可能存在问题。
因而,现在随着抽吸泵及其使用条件的发展,人们更加关注于更好地了解母亲的乳房在吸母乳过程中的变化情况。
然而,在吸乳器的使用过程中,难以在母亲的乳房上进行精确的测量。但是,此种检测应提供关于进行在刺激阶段与实际吸乳的过程中的信息。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种装置与方法,即使在吸乳过程中,也允许直接测量乳房内进行的过程。
所述目的是通过采用具有本发明权利要求1和3中特征的的乳杯和采用具有本发明权利要求12中的特征的方法而实现的。
本发明的技术方案极为简单,其使用了如权利要求1和3的乳杯。因此,根据本发明中,所使用的乳杯中带有传感器。所述传感器可以是适于检测母亲乳房中变化的各种传感器,具体而言,可以是电极传感器、光传感器、声传感器或热传感器。
相应的,可以采用各种测量方法,比如X射线、超声波、单纯的记录乳房两个不同的立体区域间的阻抗的测量电流,等等。在乳房皮肤上放置电极,测量电信号,或放置光传感器测量X射线,或放置声波传感器测量超声波。
在母乳吸取的过程中,本发明的乳杯设计允许以通常的方式测量乳房,也允许以如权利要求2所述的具体设计方式进行测量。本发明的方法与装置尤其可提供关于称为奶涌(milk surge)的过程的信息。
在本发明的从属权利要求中阐明了进一步优化的实施例和所述方法的变形。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个截头圆锥形的乳杯,其通过一个管状连接件2通向一个吸乳器(图中未示)的附着装置3和一个集乳器(图中未示)的附着装置4。
带有部件2-4的乳杯1,例如由透明塑料制成的,其本身是现有的设计。所述乳杯漏斗部1’带有多个设置在预定位置的电极。在所述漏斗壁1’的内侧面,所述电极具有接触面5”,且在所述漏斗壁的外侧面,所述电极具有连接接点5’。
当所述乳杯1放置在乳房上时,所述接触面5”落在所述乳杯上,此时可以通过所述连接接点5’(因为所述电极穿过所述漏斗壁的部件)施加一所要求的电压。
此种杯结构也允许通过电极在吸乳过程中进行测量。评价所述测量值的器具可以集成在所述吸乳器中,也可以是一个单独的器具。
代替或除所述电极5之外,在所述乳杯中也可以设置其它类型的传感器,比如:超声波传感器、光传感器或热传感器。根据所用传感器的类型,不一定必须要设置接触面5”。比如,在使用光传感器的情况下,将所述传感器设置在与乳房表面足够近的位置即可。在使用光传感器时,建议所述乳杯中至少直接环绕所述传感器的区域制造为对于用于测量的光波是透明的,或至少所述乳杯的内面不可反射。
取决于所用传感器的类型,所述乳杯及其主体部分不一定必须采用不导电的材料制造。如果使用电极作为传感器,所述乳杯中仅仅靠近电极的区域不导电也是足够的。
从所述附图中可以看出,母亲乳房的乳头伸入到漏斗口中。所述传感器因而设置在与乳头有一定距离的位置,使得在吸乳的过程中,乳头不会受到影响。

Claims (15)

1.一种乳杯,特别是用于吸乳器的乳杯,所述乳杯带有一由不导电材料制造的漏斗状主体部,所述主体部与乳房接触放置,其特征在于:在所述主体部漏斗形壁的预定位置中设有电极,所述电极具有位于所述漏斗内表面与乳房皮肤接触的接触面,所述电极穿过所述漏斗壁设置,具有位于所述漏斗外表面的电连接接点。
2.如权利要求1所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述主体部是截头锥形的,并且在其直径较小的一端具有一根通向集奶器和抽吸泵的连接装置的管状延伸部。
3.一种用于放置在母亲乳房上的吸乳器的乳杯,其特征在于:在所述乳杯中设有传感器,所述传感器用于检测在吸乳过程中母亲乳房中的变化。
4.如权利要求3所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述传感器距离乳头一定的间隔设置。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述乳杯包括一个用于与母亲乳房接触放置的漏斗状主体部,所述传感器设置在所述主体部的漏斗形壁中。
6.如权利要求5所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述传感器设置在所述主体部壁上的预定位置。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的乳杯,其特征在于:在所述主体部朝向母亲乳房的内侧面,所述传感器具有与乳房皮肤接触的接触面。
8.如权利要求3-7中任一项所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述传感器为电极。
9.如权利要求5或8所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述电极穿过所述漏斗壁,并且在位于所述漏斗壁的外表面上具有电连接接点。
10.如权利要求3-9中任一项所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述乳杯具有光传感器。
11.如权利要求3-9中任一项所述的乳杯,其特征在于:所述乳杯具有声传感器和/或热传感器。
12.一种检测在从乳房中吸乳的过程中母亲乳房变化的方法,在此方法中使用一个具有一设有传感器的乳杯的吸乳器,且所述乳杯在吸乳过程中放置于母亲的乳房上,使所述传感器与乳头有一定的距离,通过所述传感器测量所述的变化。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于:所述传感器采用电测量、光测量、热量测量或声测量的方法检测所述变化。
14.如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于:进行阻抗测量。
15.如权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于:使用超声波。
