- 乳房シールド構成を含む、搾乳器であって、
前記乳房シールド構成は、
ユーザの乳房を収容する乳房シールドと、
前記乳房に入力信号を送信し且つそれに応じて対応する受信信号を受信するフォトプレスチモグラフィセンサ(PPGセンサ)とを含み、
前記受信信号は、AC成分と、DC成分とを含み、前記受信信号の前記DC成分は、前記乳房内の乳汁流の変化を示す前記乳房内のバルク吸収の変化に関する情報を有し、
当該搾乳器は、
前記乳房シールド内で増圧又は減圧を生成して母乳を抽出するための前記乳房シールドへの空気ダクト接続部における圧力源と、
前記乳房内の前記バルク吸収の変化に関する情報を含む前記受信信号の前記DC成分に基づいて前記圧力源を制御するように構成される制御ユニットと、
前記受信信号のAC成分及びDC成分を分析する信号処理ユニットとを更に含み、
前記信号処理ユニットは、前記乳房内の前記バルク吸収の変化に関する情報を含む、前記受信信号の前記DC成分を評価して、前記制御ユニットによる前記圧力源の機能の調整のために一致したフィードバック信号を生成するように構成される、
搾乳器。 - 前記PPGセンサは、前記乳房の皮膚と接触して或いは前記皮膚の直ぐ近傍に配置される、請求項1に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記PPGセンサは、遠隔フォトプレスチモグラフィセンサ(遠隔PPGセンサ)である、請求項1に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記PPGセンサは、前記乳房シールドの内面に配置され或いは前記乳房シールドの材料中に埋め込まれる、請求項1に記載の搾乳器。
- 当該搾乳器のユーザに情報、ガイダンス及び推奨を伝えるためのユーザインターフェースを更に含む、請求項1に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記信号処理ユニットは、前記DC成分の値を所定の閾値と比較することによって前記乳房内の流体の増加を検出するように構成される、請求項1に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記信号処理ユニットは、バイタルサインに関する情報を含む、前記受信信号の前記AC成分を評価するように構成される、請求項1に記載の搾乳器。
- 前記信号処理ユニットは、前記AC成分内に含まれる心拍数の情報及び/又は前記AC成分の前記心拍数の情報の分析に基づく推奨若しくはガイダンスを含むフィードバック信号を生成して、前記ユーザインターフェースに前記フィードバック信号を送信するように構成される、請求項5に記載の搾乳器。
- 請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか1項に記載の搾乳器の作動方法であって、
前記乳房に入力信号を送信するステップと、
それに応じて対応する受信信号を受信するステップであって、前記受信信号は、AC成分と、DC成分とを含み、前記受信信号の前記DC成分は、前記乳房内の乳汁流の変化を示す前記乳房内のバルク吸収の変化に関する情報を含む、ステップと、
前記受信信号を評価するステップと、
前記評価する受信信号に基づいて前記圧力源を制御するステップとを含む、
作動方法。 - プログラムコード手段を含む、コンピュータプログラムであって、前記プログラムコード手段は、当該コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されるときに、コンピュータに請求項9に記載の作動方法の前記ステップを実行させる、コンピュータプログラム。
