Claims (12)
- 第1変速機入力軸,第1エンジンクラッチ及びシフト段の第1グループを有する第1部分変速機並びに第2変速機入力軸,第2エンジンクラッチ及びシフト段の第2グループを有する第2部分変速機を備えたツインクラッチ式自動変速機を切換制御する方法にあって、この方法によって、負荷段と同じ部分変速機に割り当てられた目的段との間の切換過程が、別の部分変速機に割り当てられた中間段を利用しつつ、切換ステップである
−S1:前記中間段の接続
−S2:前記負荷段のエンジンクラッチから前記中間段のエンジンクラッチへのクラッチ交換
−S3:前記負荷段の解除
−S4:前記目的段の接続
−S5:前記中間段のエンジンクラッチから前記目的段のエンジンクラッチへのクラッチ交換によってマルチシフトとして実施され、そしてこの方法によって、割り当てられた駆動エンジンのエンジン回転数nM が、前記切換過程の終了に対して前記目的段の同期回転数nMSに誘導される方法において、
最初の目標回転数勾配(dn M/dt)0が、切換過程(t=t0 )の開始に対してプリセットされ、この目標回転数勾配(dn M /dt)0 によって、エンジン回転数nM が、算定された全切換時間ΔtS Σ‘ の間に前記切換過程の終了に対して同期回転数nMSに到達すること、駆動エンジンの前記エンジン回転数nM が、前記切換過程の開始に対してまずプリセットされている前記の最初の目標回転勾配(dn M /dt)0 にしたがって変更されること、実際の切換時間が、前記切換過程の間に算出され、前記の算定された切換時間と比較されること、及び、前記の算定された切換時間に偏差が確認された時に、前記目標回転数勾配dnM /dt が、前記実際の切換時間に適合されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記目標回転数勾配dnM /dt の前記の適合は、これまで有効な目標回転勾配dnM /dt が補正した目標回転数勾配(dn M /dt)kor に交換されることによって実施され、この目標回転数勾配(dn M /dt)kor によって、前記エンジン回転数nM が、算定された残りの切換時間ΔtSR‘ の間に前記切換過程の終了に対して前記同期回転数nMSに到達することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記切換時間の算出及び前記目標回転数勾配dnM /dt の必要に応じた前記の適合は、前記の最後の切換ステップS5を除いて各切換ステップS1−S4の終了後に実施されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記最初の目標回転数勾配(dn M /dt)0 を算出するため、瞬時の最初のエンジン回転数nM0及び目的段の同期回転数nMSが、前記切換過程の開始に対して検出されること、及び、この最初の目標回転数勾配は、前記目的段の同期回転数nMSと前記最初のエンジン回転数nM0との間の差と既知の算定された全切換時間ΔtS Σ‘ との除算として算定される((dn M/dt)0=(nMS−nM0)/ΔtSΣ‘ )ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記算定された全切換時間ΔtS Σ‘ は、個々の切換ステップS1−S5の算定された部分切換時間ΔtSi‘ の和として算定される(ΔtS Σ‘ = ΔtSi‘ ,i=1-5)ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記算定された全切換時間ΔtS Σ‘ 及び/又は前記算定された部分切換時間ΔtSi‘ は、前もって試験台実験及び/又は走行実験で算出され、変速機データ記憶装置内に記憶されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記補正した目標回転数勾配(dn M/dt)kor を算出するため、瞬時のエンジン回転数nMが算出されること、及び、この補正した目標回転数勾配(dn M /dt)kor は、前記同期回転数nMSと前記瞬時のエンジン回転数nM との間の差と既知の算定された残りの切換時間ΔtSR‘ との除算((dn M /dt)kor =(nMS- nM )/ΔtSR‘ )として算定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記算定された残りの切換時間ΔtSR‘ は、まだ実施されていない個々の切換ステップSI+1−S5の算定された部分切換時間ΔtSi‘ の和(ΔtSR‘ =ΣΔtSi‘ ,i=1+1-5)として算定されることを特徴とする請求項3又は7に記載の方法。
- 前記算定された全切換時間ΔtS Σ‘ 及び/又は前記算定された残りの切換時間ΔtSR‘ 及び/又は前記算定された部分切換時間ΔtSi‘ の記憶された値が、前記切換時間の偏差の発生時に実際の切換時間ΔtS Σ又はΔtSR又はΔtSiの値によって補正されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 算定された切換時間ΔtSΣ‘ 又はΔtSR‘ 又はΔtSi‘ の記憶された前記値は、前記の実際の切換時間ΔtS Σ又はΔtSR又はΔtSiと交換されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 算定された切換時間ΔtSΣ‘ 又はΔtSR‘ 又はΔtSi‘ の記憶された前記値は、補正関数を用いて実際の切換時間ΔtS Σ又はΔtSR又はΔtSiの前記値によって補正されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記エンジン回転数nMが、最後から2番目の切換ステップS4の終了に対して前記同期回転数nMSに到達するように、前記最初の目標回転数勾配(dn M /dt)0 及び前記補正した目標回転数勾配(dn M /dt)kor が算定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
