Description
硝酸を用いて金属銅を溶解させる方法が知られているが、非特許文献1に開示されているとおり、硝酸と銅を反応させた場合、窒素酸化物(NOx)のガスを発生させるため、排気ガスの取り扱いを複雑化させる。他の強酸についても、設備構成材料の腐食等が問題となるため好ましくない。
アンモニアは銅イオンと錯体を形成しやすいため、銅の溶解に使用されているが、その前提として、酸素や過酸化水素等の酸化剤を用いて酸化して、金属銅を溶解させる必要がある。
特許文献1には、ボイラ蒸発管内部に付着している銅成分を含むスケールを、洗浄液として炭酸アンモニウムを含む溶液を用いて除去することが開示されている。
(a)アミンオキシド化合物、及び(b)有機酸、有機酸アンモニウム、アンモニア、アミン化合物から選ばれる化合物の少なくとも1種を含む溶液からなる、前記金属成分を溶解できる金属成分の処理液を提供する。
本発明の処理液に含まれる(a)成分のアミンオキシド化合物としては、一般式(I)又は(II)で表されるものを挙げることができる。
次に、本発明の処理液を用いた処理方法について説明する。本発明の処理方法では、銅、ニッケル、鉄及び亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する金属成分が付着した処理対象に対して、処理液を接触させる方法を適用する。
本発明の処理液及び処理方法は、銅、ニッケル、鉄及び亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する金属成分を含む固体触媒を用いた反応装置又はそれに類するものの内部を処理するために使用できる。
表1に示す組成の実施例及び比較例の処理液を得た。残部は水(イオン交換水)である。実施例1〜4、7のアミンオキシド化合物は、ラウリルジメチルアミンオキシド(アンヒトール20N、花王製(35質量%水溶液);一般式(I)で表されるもの)を用いた。実施例5は、脂肪酸アミドアミンオキシド(製品名:ソフタゾリンLAO、川研ファインケミカル製)を用い、実施例6では、ピリジン−1−オキシド(試薬:関東化学(株)製)を用い、実施例7のアミンには、2−(メチルアミノ)エタノール(和光純薬製,1級)を用いた。
銅溶解量は、高感度蛍光X線装置(TREX-660、(株)テクノス製)を用いて分析をした。なお、処理液中に不溶解物を含む場合は、これをメンブランフィルターにて除去してから測定を行った。
実施例1〜7と同様にして、表2に示す各処理液を得た。次に、各処理液500mlを入れたガラス製フラスコ中に、銅粉〔試薬:45μm(325メッシュ),キシダ化学(株)製〕0.2gを添加攪拌して、銅の全量が溶解するまでの時間を測定した。溶解状態は目視で判定した。但し、処理は密閉系で行い、空気バブリング又は窒素バブリングにより、空気又は窒素雰囲気とした。結果を表2に示す。
実施例1〜6と同様にして、表3に示す処理液を得た。次に、処理液800mlを入れたガラス製フラスコ中に、銅担持ゼオライト触媒4.0g(銅含有量2.0g)を添加攪拌して、銅の全量が溶解するまでの時間を測定した。溶解状態は目視で判定した。但し、処理は密閉系で行い、窒素バブリングにより窒素雰囲気とした。溶解処理時に発生した酸素ガスは系外へ排出し、排出した酸素は、酸素メーターにより酸素濃度として測定し、ガス発生量を算出した。結果を表3に示す。
銅以外の金属に対する本発明の効果を評価した。処理液として、アミンオキシド化合物2%、酢酸3%を含有する処理液(残部はイオン交換水)を用いた。

Claims (7)
- 銅、ニッケル、鉄及び亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する金属成分の処理液であり、
(a)アミンオキシド化合物、及び(b)酢酸及び/又は酢酸アンモニウムを含み、リン酸及び硝酸を含まない溶液からなる、前記金属成分を溶解できる金属成分の処理液。 - 水溶液にしたときの水の含有量が50〜99.9質量%である請求項1又は2記載の金属成分の処理液。
- 銅、ニッケル、鉄及び亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する金属成分を含む固体触媒を用いた反応装置又はそれに類するものの内部を処理するものである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の金属成分の処理液。
- 銅、ニッケル、鉄及び亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する金属成分が付着した処理対象に対して、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の処理液を接触させる処理方法。
- 銅、ニッケル、鉄及び亜鉛から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含有する金属成分が担持された担体が付着した処理対象に対して、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の処理液を接触させた後、前記担体に対して物理的な力を与える処理方法。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の処理液を、温度35〜95℃で接触させる請求項5又は6記載の処理方法。
