Claims (11)
- 少なくとも1つの車両ブレーキを作動させる装置(1)であって、引張エレメント(2)を備え、該引張エレメントは前記車両ブレーキの制動位置へ移動させることができ、この制動位置において前記引張エレメント(2)は張力エレメント(3)により緊張させることができ、前記引張エレメントは釈放位置へ移動させることができ、この釈放位置において前記引張エレメント(2)は前記車両ブレーキが釈放される程度に弛緩され、前記装置には前記釈放位置において前記引張エレメントを自動的に再緊張させる再緊張装置が設けられているような装置(1)において、
(a)前記張力エレメント(3)には、コイル状第1バネ(4,6)の形態の少なくとも1つの把持手段(4,6)が設けられ、該第1バネは自身のバネ力によるバネ効果の下にあり、前記第1バネは前記制動位置において自身のバネ効果の下で前記張力エレメント(3)に対して非ポジティブに作用し、
(b)前記釈放位置において、前記把持手段(4,6)は前記張力エレメント(3)から、該把持手段(4,6)が前記張力エレメント(3)上を滑動するように釈放され、
(c)前記釈放位置において、前記引張エレメント(2)が自動的に再緊張されるように、前記張力エレメント(3)が第2バネエレメント(7)の影響の下で移動可能となるように構成されると共に、前記第2バネエレメント(7)のバネ力が設定されている、
ような装置において、
(d)前記装置(1)は第3バネエレメント(14)を有し、該第3バネエレメントが前記装置(1)の担持部分(9)と前記把持手段(4,6)との間に、前記制動位置において前記第3バネエレメント(14)が前記張力エレメント(3)に対する前記把持手段(4,6)の非ポジティブな接続を増強させるような力増強効果を有するように配設されている、
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置において、前記張力エレメント(3)は前記第2バネエレメント(7)の影響の下で回転可能であるように構成され、前記釈放位置において前記把持手段(4)の釈放が当該装置(1)上に配設された係止エレメント(5)により発生されることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置において、前記張力エレメント(3)の回転軸が、手動作動レバー(13)の回転中心に対して偏心的に配置されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項3記載の装置において、前記張力エレメント(3)は円柱状部分(10)を有し、該円柱状部分の周りには前記コイル状バネが固定的に配置され、該コイル状バネは一方のバネ端において担持部分(9)に固定的に接続される一方、該コイル状バネは他方のバネ端において作動部分(11)を形成し、該作動部分は外側円柱表面に対して接線方向に配置されると共に、前記係止エレメント(5)により当該コイル状バネの直径が、前記円柱状部分が該コイル状バネにより釈放されるような程度まで増加されるように作動され得ることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2ないし4何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記係止エレメント(5)が調整可能に配設されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記引張エレメント(2)上に補償エレメント(12)が配設されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項2ないし5の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記釈放位置における前記係止エレメント(5)は前記第3バネエレメント(14)のバネ力効果を防止し、結果として、該釈放位置においては前記把持手段(4)が前記張力エレメント(3)に対して滑動することができるままとなることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1ないし7の何れか一項に記載の装置において、前記第2バネエレメント(7)がウォーム状のヘリカルバネであることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項1ないし8の何れか一項に記載の装置において、取付固定エレメント(15)が設けられ、該取付固定エレメントは取付位置に移動させることができ、前記取付固定エレメント(15)は前記張力エレメント(3)を前記取付位置に保持することを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項9に記載の装置において、前記取付固定エレメント(15)は当該装置(1)に係留的に接続されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 請求項10に記載の装置において、前記取付固定エレメント(15)は、一端において担持部分(9)に固定的に接続されると共に他端に鉤状突起(17)を有するような可撓性ワイヤ状固定エレメントとして設計されており、該可撓性ワイヤ状固定エレメントは自身のバネ力に抗して前記突起(17)により窓状オリフィス(18)内に侵入することができ、該オリフィス(18)の背後には前記張力エレメント(3)のリブ(19)が配置され、前記取付固定エレメント(15)は該リブに対してアンカ留めすることができることを特徴とする装置。
