Claims (9)
- スペーサ要素によって互いに所定の間隔を空けて保持される軸受リングと成形ケーシングとを有し、それらの間に調整可能なガイドベーンが回転可能に取り付けられ、前記成形ケーシングがラジアルシールと共にスパイラルハウジングに軸方向に移動可能に挿入され、遊びを持ってロータの横方向外部輪郭を区切ると同時に、前記軸受リングが、別個に製造された環状弾性支持要素によって排ガスタービンのハウジングに対して中心寄せされ、取り付けられる、ターボチャージャの排ガスタービン用の案内装置であって、
前記支持要素(23)が一定の壁厚を有する構成要素として製造されることを特徴とする案内装置。 - 前記軸受リング(22)がリベット接続によって前記スペーサ要素(20)、前記成形ケーシング(18)及び前記支持要素(23)に拘束的にリベットで接続固定され、ゆえにアセンブリユニットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の案内装置。
- 前記スペーサ要素(20)は、リベット頭部(21)が端部側で一体化されるスペーサボルトであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の案内装置。
- 前記軸受リング(22)が前記スペーサ要素(20)から独立してリベット接続、ねじ接続、溶接接続又は締まりばめによって前記成形ケーシング(18)及び前記支持要素(23)に拘束的に接続固定され、ゆえにアセンブリユニットを形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の案内装置。
- 前記支持要素(23)は、前記排ガスと反対側で前記支持リング(22)に接続固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の案内装置。
- 環状金属保持板(37)は、前記排ガスと反対側で前記軸受リング(22)に締結固定され、その保持版が、一体的に形成されたL形支持部と一緒に、ガイドベーン(19)用の設定リング(39)の前記支持要素(23)に向けて収容スペースを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の案内装置。
- 均等化リング(40)は前記保持板(37)と前記支持要素(23)との間に提供取付られるされることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の案内装置。
- 調整装置(28、29、37、39、40)を含む構成要素(18、20、22、23)の全て又は幾つかは1つの構造のアセンブリを形成するために組み立てられ、一緒に拘束的に固定保持されることを特徴とする請求項6あるいは7に記載の案内装置。
- 前記支持要素(23)が前記排ガス側で前記軸受リング(22)に締結固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の案内装置。
