Abstract
【解決手段】タービンエンジンにおける遠心圧縮機のインペラの冷却システムであって、圧縮機(10)が、この圧縮機のインペラに沿って下流に延びて上流側で環状金属板(90)により被覆されている末端部(26)を備えた環状ディフューザ(12)を供給し、この環状金属板が、圧縮機のインペラと共に、圧縮機の出口で取り出された空気が流れる第1の環状通路(39)を画定し、また、ディフューザの末端部と共に、このディフューザから出る空気流量の一部が流れる第2の環状通路(98)を画定する。

Claims (10)
- 遠心圧縮機(10)が、外側カウリング(28)により支持されて環状末端部(26)を含む環状ディフューザ(12)を供給し、この環状末端部が、遠心圧縮機のインペラ(11)に沿って下流に延びてタービンエンジンの燃焼室(14)の支持構造部品に下流で接続された、特にタービンエンジン内の遠心圧縮機のインペラの冷却システムであって、ディフューザの末端部が、上流側で、この末端部に固定される環状金属板(90)により被覆されており、この金属板が、圧縮機のインペラと共に、圧縮機の出口で取り出された空気が流れる第1の環状通路(39)を画定し、ディフューザの末端部と共に、このディフューザから出る空気流量の一部が流れる第2の環状通路(98)を画定することを特徴とする、システム。
- ディフューザの末端部(26)と環状金属板(90)との間に半径方向のフィン(94、96)が配置され、これらのフィンが、タービンエンジンの軸を中心として規則正しく配分されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- フィンが、環状金属板の半径方向の部分とディフューザの末端部の半径方向の部分との間に延びる上流のフィン(94)と、環状金属板の円筒部分とディフューザの末端部の円筒部分との間に延びる下流フィン(96)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 上流および下流のフィン(94、96)が、それぞれ全部で約36個であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- フィン(94、96)が、ディフューザの末端部(26)と一体部品として形成され、環状金属板(90)に溶接またはろう付けによって固定されることを特徴とする、請求項2から4に記載のシステム。
- ディフューザの末端部に結合されるフィン(94、96)の端が、環状金属板のスロットまたは溝(104)に係合されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 環状金属板(90)が、ディフューザの末端部(26)に溶接により固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- ディフューザの末端部が、その上流端に、このディフューザから送られる空気が入る環状一列の穴(100)を含み、これらの穴が、ほぼ半径方向に配向されて、第2の環状通路(98)内で穴の半径方向内側の端に通じていることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- ディフューザの末端部が、その下流端でタービンの冷却空気の噴射手段(38)に固定され、第2の環状通路(98)の出口が、これらの噴射手段の入口と連通していることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システムを含むことを特徴とする、タービンエンジン。
