Abstract
【解決手段】ターボ機械内の遠心圧縮機のインペラの下流側空洞の冷却システムであって、この圧縮機10が、下流側の環状フランジを含むディフューザ12に接続され、環状板70が、ディフューザのフランジを中心として同軸に取り付けられ、ほぼフランジの軸方向の寸法全体にわたって延びることにより、遠心圧縮機から出る空気61よりも低温の空気を供給される環状の換気通路72を画定する。

Claims (11)
- ターボ機械内の遠心圧縮機のインペラの下流側空洞の冷却システムであって、遠心圧縮機が、環状フランジを備えるディフューザに出口で接続され、環状フランジが、圧縮機のインペラに沿って下流側に延び、かつ圧縮機の出口で空気を取り出すことにより換気されるインペラの下流側の環状空洞を画定し、環状板が、ディフューザの環状フランジを中心として同軸に取り付けられ、遠心圧縮機から出る空気の温度よりも低温の空気が供給される環状通路を環状フランジと共に画定する、冷却システム。
- 環状板が、ディフューザの環状フランジにほぼ平行に延びる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 環状板およびディフューザの環状フランジが、それぞれ、ほぼL字型の形状の軸方向断面を有する、請求項1または2に記載のシステム。
- 環状板およびディフューザの環状フランジが、下流側端で、換気空気の噴射手段に固定される、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 環状板が、上流側端に、ディフューザの円筒形リムにより支持された、心合わせされる円筒形の縁を含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 環状通路が、上流側で、軸流圧縮機の上流側段の空気取り出し手段に接続され、あるいは冷却用熱交換器の出口に接続される、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 環状板が、ディフューザの環状フランジに密封式に取り付けられる、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 環状板が、熱伝導率の小さい材料で製造される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 環状板が、熱伝導率の小さい材料のクラッドを含む、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 環状通路が、下流側で換気空気の排気管に接続される、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の冷却システムを含むターボ機械。
