Description
−一方において、合わせガラスに対する急激な熱流入が泡の出現を引き起こし、たとえガラスの実際温度が、ガラスが原形を保つと推定される公知の限界値にいまだ達していないとしてもそうなること;および
−他方において、漸次の加熱がそれ自体で泡の出現を引き起こさないことのみならず、それが充分に長い場合、一層過酷な熱的条件下でのガラスの次の強度にプラスの影響を及ぼしさえすること。
2.1mmフロートガラス/0.76mmPVB中間層/2.1mmフロートガラス
およびこれらに以下の熱的コンディショニングを受けさせた:
−オーブン中において10℃/分未満の温度上昇速度で室温から温度T1まで加熱し;
−時間t1にわたり温度T1に保持し;および
−室温に冷却し合計1.5時間にわたりこの温度に保持すること。
−10℃/分で100℃までの温度上昇;
−16時間にわたる温度保持;および
−冷却化およびカプセル化前の1時間30分にわたる室温への保持。
Claims (5)
- ガラスが少なくとも80℃の温度に上げられる実質的な熱応力(sollicitation)を受ける次の操作を目的として、ガラスが、10℃/分未満の単一または異なる複数の温度上昇速度で、最小温度80℃および最高温度150℃の範囲中の温度まで漸次加熱されて1時間以上の合計時間にわたり保持される熱的コンディショニングに付され、次いで、室温まで冷却されて24時間未満の時間にわたり室温に保持される、合わせガラス(vitrage feuillete)を処理するための方法。
- ガラスが漸次90〜140℃の温度範囲中に加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ガラスが合計16時間以下にわたり加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 室温での保持時間が1〜7時間であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 熱的コンディショニング後に、ガラスが室温まで急速に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
