Abstract

Description
本发明涉及层叠玻璃(Vitrages feuilletés)的领域。更特别涉及为了将在至少80℃或100℃的温度下进行以后的操作的层叠玻璃的处理方法。
在不同的加工或安装玻璃的方法中,某些方法要求玻璃或者至少一部分玻璃能够带至大约80~100℃或者更高的温度。比如在用就地形成的或热施用于玻璃的塑料材料器件装配玻璃时就是这种情况。
特别是使用复制模塑(surmoulage)(或者封装)技术特别在玻璃的周边制造成形件,该成形件包住至少一部分玻璃周边,并粘结在玻璃至少一个表面上:把玻璃或至少一部分玻璃放在包括相当于将要制造的成形件截面形状模腔的模具中,并且在该模具中注入模塑材料,此材料可以是熔融的塑料材料,或者可以是反应性组合物。
由于与熔融材料的粘度或者组合物的活性(可能须要加热或者放热)有关的原因,在经常要达到几分钟长的注塑周期内,在模具中玻璃一般要曝露在大约至少100℃的升高的温度下。
在用整块的玻璃能良好实现的该技术当试图应用于层叠玻璃时,存在着几个问题。
层叠玻璃由至少两块玻璃组成,它们彼此由热塑性插入膜连接。
当制造层叠的包封玻璃时,大部分产品来自模具,其在层叠玻璃中处具有呈泡状的缺陷,这些气泡形成在层叠结构的内部。气泡的数量可以很大,用裸眼观察大约是每平方厘米的玻璃表面50~200个气泡。
这些气泡形成的机理还不完全了解,但一定是由于热作用而产生的,气泡的出现直接与在复制模塑过程中在模具中所存在的温度条件有关。
必须要注意到,所有的处理、加工或装配的操作,都使用了80℃或100℃或者更高的加热过程,因此在最终产品中会造成同一种缺陷。
解决这个问题的手段在于改变处理、加工或装配的方法,即比如改变包封的工具,但是这样的途经显得很复杂,特别是成本很高,这使我们对已经开发的工业方法产生疑问。
因此希望找到一种在进行热应力操作之前解决此问题的方法,即能够用于玻璃本身的方法。
这就是本发明建议要达到的目的。
在这方面,本发明的目的是层叠玻璃的处理方法,使得以后玻璃能够进行将受到强热应力的操作,此操作特别在至少80℃,特别是在至少100℃的温度下进行,其中,该玻璃受到热调理,在总共至少1h的时间内,特别是在至少4h的时间内,玻璃被逐渐加热到最高150℃的温度。
与各种预期相反,本发明人发现,在受控的条件下对层叠玻璃进行预先的热调理,当以后将层叠玻璃进行如上所述的热应力时,能够抑制气泡形成的机理。
按照本发明的热调理方法取决于两个基本的参数,即升温速度和在处理温度下曝露的时间。
因此本发明表明:
—一方面,对层叠玻璃猛烈加热会促使产生气泡,即使玻璃的有效温度还没有达到已知的界限值,为此玻璃还仍然是没有受损的时候也是如此;
—另一方面,只要在足够长的时间内,逐渐地加热不仅本身不会产生气泡,而且对随后在更为苛刻的热条件下玻璃的耐受力还有正面的影响,
另一个有利的参数是在后面操作之前放置的时间。
虽然这还只是一个推测,按照本发明的热调理是能够促使在层叠玻璃中的热塑性插入膜的改性,这就能够阻止气泡出现。需要一个或几个小时的最少加热时间这个事实使我们认为,这个改性是受到缓慢的动力学控制的。
按照本发明,将玻璃逐渐升高到处理温度,即不是把玻璃直接放在室(enceinte)中或与温度等于处理温度的物体接触,而是以适度的升温速度(不是无限的)加热玻璃,此速度优选低于10℃/min。
有利地,逐渐把玻璃的温度加热到大约80~140℃的范围,尤其是90~140℃,特别是100或110~140℃。在此范围,随着温度的升高,层叠玻璃的耐起泡性能明显得到改善。一般在大约90~110℃的处理温度,就能够得到足够的效果。
随着加热时间的延长,处理的结果也得到改善。
加热的程序可以包括以单一的升温速度,或者按照几个阶段逐渐而连续地升温,其特征在于,不同的升温速度,每个都是适度的,优选低于10℃/min。
按照一个有利的变换实施方案,加热的程序包括逐渐升温达到低于或等于150℃的处理温度T1,然后包括至少一个温度平台,每个平台的处理温度Ti(这里i是不等于0的整数)都低于或等于150℃。每个处理温度Ti有利地选自80~140℃的范围,特别是90~140℃,100~140℃的范围。
在有多个温度平台的情况下,它们可以被中间的升温阶段或降温阶段隔开,优选的升温速度都低于10℃/min。
总而言之,加热时间有利地要少于或等于16h。加热超过16h,实际上观察不到层叠玻璃在耐受热应力而不出现气泡方面有明显的改善。
按照一个有利的实施方案,在加热以后的热调理包括一个让玻璃冷却到低于所述或所述最后的处理温度的(inférieureàla ou àla dernièretempérature de traitment)温度T2的步骤,并任选地保持在此温度下。
实际上观察到,在加热以后将层叠玻璃放置优选很短的时间,明显地改善了层叠玻璃耐受热应力的能力。冷却到温度T2可以是迅速地进行,也可以逐步进行。
T2优选是环境温度,即大约15~30℃。
但是不希望冷却和任选保持玻璃在低温下的时间太长:对于在临界热条件下使用前保持太长时间的玻璃,观察到气泡增多的现象。实际上,与热调理相关的改性至少部分是可逆的。这就是冷却到温度T2的和任选保持在温度T2的时间t2优选短于24h,尤其是在1~7h,特别是在1~4h的原因。
按照本发明的方法应用于各种类型的层叠玻璃。最通常的是由至少两块厚度各为至少1mm的,有利地1~4mm,特别是至少2mm的浮法玻璃在其间由半透明的热塑性薄膜相连接构成的层叠玻璃,该薄膜的材料特别选自聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、基于PVB的多层复合物,比如具有防日光层/PVB的PVB/PET三层材料(这里PET表示聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)或者乙烯基共聚物,特别是基于乙烯和乙烯基单体、偏二氟乙烯或醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物。一般说来,可以设想把不同的功能层是在层叠玻璃的至少一个片状件的至少一个面上。
按照本发明的玻璃制造方法可用于在一般使玻璃受到几分钟热应力的不同的方法中使用的层叠玻璃,特别包括使玻璃在至少80℃或100℃的温度下的操作。
因此,按照本发明的处理方法可用于制造使用复制模塑操作的层叠玻璃。
根据复制模塑的材料不同,本方法的热条件是变化的,但是总要对玻璃进行很强的热应力。
因此,为了进行热塑性复制模塑,像聚氯乙烯(PVC)或热塑性烯烃(TPO)或热塑性弹性体(TPE)的复制模塑,在玻璃上放置可热活化的底胶粘剂(primaire d′adhérence)。因此,在“冷”(即环境温度)的模腔中放置被加热到大约80~120℃的玻璃,使底料活化,然后注入温度为大约180℃的熔融塑料材料。这实质上是与注塑的材料相接触,引起了热应力。
为了进行可交联弹性体,比如乙烯/丙烯/二烯橡胶(EPDM)的复制模塑,要把“冷”的,即处于环境温度下的玻璃放入加热到大约160~200℃的模腔中,然后注入温度为大约80~100℃的塑料材料。在此情况下,玻璃与热模具接触,然后与材料接触,从而引起热应力。
最后,为了进行活性组合物的复制模塑,像在注塑活性聚氨酯(RIM即反应注塑模塑)的情况下,把“冷”(即在环境温度下)的玻璃放入加热到大约80~100℃的更适度温度下的模腔中,然后注入组合物,其温度可能因放热反应的效应而升高到大约120℃。在此情况下,是加热与玻璃接触的材料,引起了热应力。
按照本发明的方法还可用于其他的技术中,在这些技术中,通过挤塑在玻璃表面上放置成形件,特别是通过挤塑单组分聚氨酯或者热塑性弹性体。此方法还可以包括通过在玻璃的局部复制模塑附加组分或替代组分使挤塑的型材矫正(rectification)的操作。
如上所述,在进行最后的加工之前,进行短于24h的热调理是有利的,因此,按照本发明的处理方法可整合作为加工者所使用的相应方法的预备步骤。
下面的实施例说明本发明。
在如下结构的层叠玻璃中:
2.1mm的浮法玻璃/0.76mm的PVB插入物/2.1mm的浮法玻璃
制备边长5cm的正方形试样,将其进行如下的热调理:
—在烘箱中以低于10℃/min的升温速度从环境温度加热到温度T1;
—在温度T1下保持时间t1;
—冷却到环境温度并在此温度下保持总共1.5h。
在调理以后,将试样放在加热到温度180℃的加热板上,带进的能量是如此的迅速,可以认为升温速度是无限的。
观察在层叠结构中出现气泡的情况,计量在多长时间tB后出现第一个气泡。
在一个没有进行热调理的对照组试样上也进行此测试。
在不同的T1和t1下得到的结果列在下面的表1中。

在汽车玻璃的工业生产条件下进行包封实验。复制模塑的材料是EPDM,该包封技术在于把层叠玻璃放入加热到大约180℃的模具中、闭合模具、在高压下注入材料、在热模具中保持组件90~180s,以保证EPDM材料的硫化、打开模具、然后给包封的零件脱模。整个周期大约3min,其中1min30sec~2min是把一部分玻璃(特别是与模具接触的周边)加热到接近模具的温度,即180℃。然后将玻璃进行如下的热调理:
—以10℃/min升温到100℃;
—保持温度16h;
—冷却并保持在环境温度下1h30min,然后进行包封。
在此条件下,成功地进行了玻璃的包封,在层叠结构中没有出现任何气泡。
在同样的条件下,对具有PVB/PET多层插入膜的层叠玻璃进行了另外的一系列包封实验。
改变温度T1得到的结果列在下面的表2中。

当延长在110℃下被处理的玻璃的放置时间,然后再放入180℃中的模具里时,对于150h的放置时间,出现气泡的时间缩短到大约80秒。
由这些实验得出结论,由于按照本发明的方法加热层叠玻璃,能够使出现气泡的时间延缓几分钟。
与4h的平台相比,16h的延长的平台是优选的,但把平台延长到24h一般是没有用的。另外,当提高处理温度时,得到的结果明显改善。
刚刚进行的叙述更具体涉及到用就地形成的塑料件装配层叠玻璃,这些叙述不是限制性的,本发明适合于成功地用于其他类型的层叠玻璃热应力调整条件。

4.按照权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于升温速度低于10℃/min。
5.按照权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于,将玻璃逐渐加热到直至80~140℃。
6.按照权利要求1或2中任何一项的方法,其特征在于,该加热包括逐渐升温到低于或等于150℃的处理温度T1和至少一个温度平台,每个平台的处理温度T1低于或等于150℃,这里i是非零的整数。
7.按照权利要求1或2任何一项的方法,其特征在于,在总时间短于或等于16h的时间内加热该玻璃。
8.按照权利要求1或2任何一项的方法,其特征在于,T2是环境温度。
9.按照权利要求1或2任何一项的方法,其特征在于冷却时间和任选的在温度T2下保持的时间t2是1-7h。
10.按照权利要求1或2任何一项的方法,其特征在于,将玻璃迅速地冷却到温度T2。
11.按照权利要求1~10任何一项的方法在制备层叠玻璃方面的应用,目的是使所述层叠玻璃经受包括使玻璃升温到至少80℃的操作的处理。
