Description
この構成の二酸化炭素検出素子においては、例えばカチオン導電性固体電解質として、スカンジウムイオン導電体(Sc1/3Zr2(PO4)3)を、酸化物イオン導電性固体電解質として、安定化された酸化ジルコニウムZrO2(Y2O3)を、検出極として、希土類のオキシ炭酸塩と炭酸リチウムを主体とする固溶体(Nd0.47Ba0.12Li0.29)O0.94CO2)を、基準極として、白金をそれぞれ配した場合には、化1に示す反応が起こる。
Claims (6)
- 炭酸リチウムを主体とする検出極と、2価もしくは3価のカチオンを主たる導電種とするカチオン導電性固体電解質と、基準極とを備え、
前記カチオン導電性固体電解質に前記検出極と前記基準極とを接合し、
前記基準極にガス非透過性被膜を被覆してなる二酸化炭素検出素子。 - 絶縁セラミック基板の片面に、炭酸リチウムを主体とする検出極と、2価もしくは3価のカチオンを主たる導電種とするカチオン導電性固体電解質と、基準極とを固定してなり、
前記カチオン導電性固体電解質に前記検出極と前記基準極とを接合し、
前記基準極にガス非透過性被膜を被覆し、
前記絶縁セラミック基板の他面に加熱用抵抗体を接合してなる二酸化炭素検出素子。 - 前記基準極に多孔体を介して、ガス非透過性被膜を被覆してなる請求項1または2に記載の二酸化炭素検出素子。
- 前記多孔体がセラミックもしくは金属からなる請求項3に記載の二酸化炭素検出素子。
- 前記検出極が希土類のオキシ炭酸塩と炭酸リチウムを主体とする固溶体、もしくは希土類のオキシ硫酸塩と炭酸リチウムの固溶体、もしくは前記固溶体の混合物からなる請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素検出素子。
- 前記カチオン導電性固体電解質の導電種がマグネシウムイオン、アルミニウムイオンもしくはスカンジウムイオンである請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の二酸化炭素検出素子。
