Description
Claims (9)
- 可動ユニット(2)の回転位置を制御するための、特に測量器用の位置制御装置であって、所定の回転軸(9)の周りで前記可動ユニット(2)を回転させるための電気モータ(12)と、前記可動ユニットの意図された回転位置に応答してモータの操作を制御するためのレギュレータ(34)と、前記可動ユニット(2)の実際の回転位置を検出するための位置検出装置(17)と、前記レギュレータ(34)を操るように構成された、前記の意図された回転位置と前記の実際の回転位置との差を確定するための手段(33)とを有し、
前記モータ(12)が直接駆動モータであり、前記モータのシャフトが前記可動ユニット(2)についての前記回転軸(9)を形成し、所望の位置に前記可動ユニットを回転させるための通常モードか、所定の位置から新しい位置への回転中に、前記可動ユニットの強制的な回転に対する抵抗を提供するためのフリクションモードのいずれか一方で、前記モータ(12)が選択的に操作するように構成されることを特徴とする位置制御装置。 - 前記可動ユニットの強制的な回転を検出するため、且つ強制的な回転が存在するか否かに応答して前記モータに対する操作の前記モードを自動的に変更するために制御ユニット(36)を備える、請求項1に記載の位置制御装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(36)は、前記モータに対する操作のフリクションモードにおいて、前記モータ(12)から前記レギュレータ(34)を接続せず、前記モータに対してフリクション制御ユニット(40)を接続するように構成し、且つ前記モータに対する操作の通常モードにおいて前記の接続を逆にするように構成される、請求項2に記載の位置制御装置。
- 前記フリクション制御ユニット(40)は、強制的な回転の方法に応答して、前記の強制的な回転に対する抵抗の大きさを適合させるように構成される、請求項3に記載の位置制御装置。
- 前記フリクション制御ユニット(40)は、所定の最大値に対して強制的な回転に対する前記抵抗を制限するように構成される、請求項4に記載の位置制御装置。
- 位置入力手段(31)が、前記制御ユニット(36)に接続され、且つ前記モータに対する通常操作モードにおいて前記レギュレータ(34)に接続可能である、請求項2に記載の位置制御装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(36)は、通常操作モードにおいて前記入力手段(31)を前記レギュレータ(34)を通じて前記モータに接続するため、且つフリクションモードにおいて前記入力手段(31)及び前記モータの両方から前記レギュレータ(34)を接続しないようにするためのスイッチ装置(37)を制御する、請求項6に記載の位置制御装置。
- 測量器であって、電気モータ(12)を用いて少なくとも一つの回転軸(9)の周りで回転可能な可動ユニット(2)を備え、前記可動ユニットに対して所望の位置で回転を停止するための制御手段を備え、
前記電気モータは直接駆動モータであり、前記モータのシャフトが前記可動ユニットに対する前記回転軸を形成し、所望の位置に前記可動ユニットを回転させるための通常モードか、所定の位置から新しい位置への回転中に、前記可動ユニットの強制的な回転に対する抵抗を提供するためのフリクションモードのいずれか一方で、前記モータ(12)が選択的に操作するように構成されることを特徴とする測量器。 - 前記電気モータ(12)は、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の位置制御装置に組み込まれる、請求項8に記載の測量器。
