Claims (8)
- 液室に設けられ、該液室に保持した液体にエネルギーを付与し、該液体をノズルから吐出する複数のエネルギー発生素子と、
複数の前記エネルギー発生素子にエネルギーを供給するエネルギー供給配線と、
前記ノズルから前記液体を吐出するために、複数の前記エネルギー発生素子をオン又はオフの状態に制御する第1のスイッチング素子を有する主操作制御部と、
前記各エネルギー発生素子に供給されるエネルギーを可変する、若しくはエネルギーの付与タイミングをずらす制御を行う第2のスイッチング素子と、前記ノズルより吐出される液体の吐出方向を制御する第3のスイッチング素子とを有する副操作制御部と、
前記第1乃至3のスイッチング素子を制御配線を介して切換制御する制御部とを備え、
前記エネルギー発生素子、前記主操作制御部、前記副操作制御部及び前記制御部は、同一の半導体基板に設けられ、
前記半導体基板には、前記エネルギー供給配線と前記制御配線とが異なる導電層に設けられている液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記半導体基板には、前記エネルギー発生素子、前記主操作制御部、前記副操作制御部、前記制御部の順に、前記液体が吐出される記録紙の走行方向に並設される請求項1記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 少なくとも前記エネルギー発生素子、前記主操作制御部、前記副操作制御部及び前記制御部で一の組をなし、この組が前記半導体基板上に、前記液体が吐出される記録紙の走行方向に対して略直交する方向に、互いに隣接して並設されている請求項1又は請求項2記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記エネルギー供給配線は、複数のエネルギー発生素子にエネルギーを供給する共通配線である請求項1乃至請求項3のうち何れか1記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 液体をノズルから吐出する液体吐出ヘッドを備え、
前記液体吐出ヘッドは、
液室に設けられ、該液室に保持した液体にエネルギーを付与し、該液体をノズルから吐出する複数のエネルギー発生素子と、
複数の前記エネルギー発生素子にエネルギーを供給するエネルギー供給配線と、
前記ノズルから前記液体を吐出するために、複数の前記エネルギー発生素子をオン又はオフの状態に制御する第1のスイッチング素子を有する主操作制御部と、
前記各エネルギー発生素子に供給されるエネルギーを可変する、若しくはエネルギーの付与タイミングをずらす制御を行う第2のスイッチング素子と、前記ノズルより吐出される液体の吐出方向を制御する第3のスイッチング素子とを有する副操作制御部と、
前記第1乃至3のスイッチング素子を制御配線を介して切換制御する制御部とを有し、
前記エネルギー発生素子、前記主操作制御部、前記副操作制御部及び前記制御部は、同一の半導体基板に設けられ、
前記半導体基板には、前記エネルギー供給配線と前記制御配線とが異なる導電層に設けられている液体吐出装置。 - 前記半導体基板には、前記エネルギー発生素子、前記主操作制御部、前記副操作制御部、前記制御部の順に、前記液体が吐出される記録紙の走行方向に並設される請求項5記載の液体吐出装置。
- 少なくとも前記エネルギー発生素子、前記主操作制御部、前記副操作制御部及び前記制御部で一の組をなし、この組が前記半導体基板上に、前記液体が吐出される記録紙の走行方向に対して略直交する方向に、互いに隣接して並設されている請求項5又は請求項6記載の液体吐出装置。
- 前記エネルギー供給配線は、複数のエネルギー発生素子にエネルギーを供給する共通配線である請求項5乃至請求項7のうち何れか1記載の液体吐出装置。
