Description

Claims (25)
- 支持体と、
前記支持体によって固定位置に維持された噴霧されるべき液体の供給源と、
噴霧板と前記噴霧板に接続された圧電アクチュエータとを含み、前記アクチュエータを横切って印加される交流電圧に応じて前記板を振動させる、噴霧アセンブリと、
前記噴霧アセンブリを前記固定位置に対して相対的な所定位置に保持するために前記支持体から前記噴霧アセンブリまで延伸するワイヤ状の取付構造であって、前記噴霧アセンブリと前記支持体との間の液体の移動を最小限にするために長さと比べて断面が小さいように構成されたワイヤ状の取付構造と、を備える、
噴霧する液体のための装置であって、
前記取付構造は、前記圧電アクチュエータに直接接触すると共に導電性である
ことを特徴とする噴霧する液体のための装置。 - 前記取付構造が可撓性かつ弾性的である、請求項1の装置。
- 前記アクチュエータを前記支持体から外側に保持するために、前記取付構造がカンチレバーとして配列された、請求項1の装置。
- 前記取付構造がばね鋼で作られている、請求項1の装置。
- 前記取付構造が、噴霧される液体で容易に濡れることがない材料で作られている、請求項1の装置。
- 容器と、
圧電起動エレメントに固定された液体噴霧板であって、それにより前記起動エレメントに印加された交流電圧に応じて振動され、前記板の振動はそれに供給された液体を噴霧させる、液体噴霧板と、
交流電圧を供給するために、前記容器内に取り付けられた電気回路と、
交流電圧を前記電気回路から受け取るために接続された一対の導電性ワイヤ状カンチレバーエレメントであって、前記ワイヤ状エレメントは前記容器内の固定支持体から延伸し、前記交流電圧を前記起動エレメントを横切って印加するために、前記起動エレメントの対向側と電気的接触されており、前記起動エレメントと前記液体噴霧板とを前記容器内でカンチレバー状に支持する、一対の導電性ワイヤ状カンチレバーエレメントと、
前記噴霧板が振動されている間に噴霧されるべき液体を前記噴霧板に運ぶように配列された液体搬送システムと、を備える、
液体噴霧器であって、
前記一対の導電性ワイヤ状カンチレバーエレメントは、前記圧電起動エレメントに直接接触することを特徴とする液体噴霧器。 - 前記電気回路がプリント回路基板上に形成され、前記カンチレバーエレメントが前記プリント回路基板に固定されると共にそこから延伸している、請求項6の装置。
- 前記ワイヤ状エレメントが弾性的に屈曲可能な、請求項6の装置。
- 前記ワイヤ状エレメントが前記アクチュエータエレメントの対向側に弾性的にバイアスされた、請求項6の装置。
- 前記ワイヤ状エレメントが、前記アクチュエータエレメントの側面に沿って延伸する形状である、請求項6の装置。
- 前記圧電アクチュエータエレメントが平らな側面を備える環状の形状を有し、前記ワイヤ状エレメントが前記アクチュエータエレメントの側面と接触するところで曲がっている、請求項6の装置。
- 前記ワイヤ状エレメントの少なくとも1つが、前記アクチュエータエレメントと接触するところで螺旋形の形状である、請求項8の装置。
- 支持体と、
圧電アクチュエータと、
それに結合されたそれにより振動されるべき噴霧板と、
を備える、圧電噴霧器であり、
前記支持体は、前記支持体から前記圧電アクチュエータに延伸すると共に、そこから前記アクチュエータが力を加えられて移動可能な位置に前記アクチュエータと板とをカンチレバー状に保持するために前記圧電アクチュエータの対向側を押圧する、細長い弾性部材を備える、
圧電噴霧器であって、
前記細長い弾性部材が導電性であると共に、前記支持体上の回路から前記圧電アクチュエータの対向側まで作動する電圧を送るためにそれぞれ直接接続された、圧電噴霧器。 - 前記細長い弾性部材が、前記アクチュエータの対向面それぞれに、それに沿って横たわると共に押圧する形状である、請求項13の噴霧器。
- 前記細長い弾性部材の少なくとも1つの外端部が、前記アクチュエータの対応する面を押圧する螺旋状に形成された、請求項13の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電アクチュエータが環状であると共に中心穴を有し、前記噴霧板が前記中心穴を横切って延伸して前記圧電アクチュエータに固定されたオリフィス板である、請求項13の噴霧器。
- 前記細長い弾性部材がそれらの端部において前記支持体に固定され、前記細長い弾性部材の中心領域が前記圧電アクチュエータの上下面をそれぞれ押圧するように構成された、請求項16の噴霧器。
- 前記細長い弾性部材を介して前記圧電アクチュエータに交流電圧を供給するように構成された電気回路をさらに含む、請求項13の噴霧器。
- 前記圧電アクチュエータが環状であると共に中心穴を有し、前記噴霧板が環状であると共に前記中心穴を横切って延伸して前記圧電アクチュエータに固定され、前記細長い弾性部材の一つがその端部において前記支持体に固定され、端部間の前記1つの細長い弾性部材の領域が前記圧電アクチュエータの1つの側の周囲を少なくとも部分的に延伸する形状であり、前記細長い弾性部材の他方もその端部において前記支持体に固定されていると共に端部間の前記他の細長い弾性部材の領域が前記圧電アクチュエータの対向側の割線を横切って延伸する、請求項13の噴霧器。
- 前記細長い弾性部材が導電性であると共に前記圧電アクチュエータの対向側に交流電圧を供給するための電気回路に接続された、請求項19の噴霧器。
- 前記電気回路が前記支持体上に取り付けられ、前記電気回路が前記支持体に固定されたところで前記細長い弾性部材に接続された、請求項20の噴霧器。
- 前記他の細長い弾性部材の一部が前記割線を越えて延伸すると共に、それもまた前記支持体によって支持された、請求項19の噴霧器。
- 前記支持体から支柱が延伸し、前記細長い弾性支持部材の前記各々の端部が前記支持体から延伸する支柱に係止された、請求項22の噴霧器。
- 前記他の細長い弾性部材の前記一部がその中を通って延びると共に前記支持体から延伸する更なる支持エレメントによって支持された、請求項23の噴霧器。
- 前記他の支持部材に、前記割線の各端部において前記アクチュエータの外側エッジに沿って延伸する鉛直部分が形成された、請求項22の噴霧器。
